Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները կարող են հայտնվել ԵՄ սև ցուցակում

ԵՄ դիվանագիտության ղեկավար Կայա Կալասը հետևանքներ է խոստացել բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր մայիսի 9-ին կմեկնեն Մոսկվա` մասնակցելու Հաղթանակի 80-ամյակին նվիրված շքերթին։ Լյուքսեմբուրգում կայացած հանդիպմանը ԵՄ արտաքին գործերի և անվտանգության քաղաքականության գերագույն ներկայացուցիչը հստակ հայտարարել է, որ Մոսկվայում նախատեսված ռազմական շքերթին մասնակցությունը չի կարող դիտվել որպես աննկատ քաղաքական ժեստ։ «Ռուսաստանը մղում է լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմ Եվրոպայում, և նման պարագայում Մոսկվայի միջոցառումներին մասնակցելն անթույլատրելի է հատկապես ԵՄ անդամակցության հայտ ներկայացրած երկրների համար»,- ասել է Կալասը։ Թե ինչ հետևանքների մասին է խոսքը, Կալասը չի հստակեցրել։
Հիշեցնենք, որ մայիսի 9-ին կայանալու է Հաղթանակի 80-ամյակին նվիրված շքերթը, որին մասնակցելու է նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը։ Դեռևս մարտի 14-ին ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմը հայտնեց, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հրավերը և կմասնակցի շքերթին, իսկ դրանից հետո արդեն Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան հայտարարել էր, թե Ռուսաստանը ողջունում է Մոսկվայում հոբելյանական տոնակատարություններին մասնակցելու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որոշումը։
Եվ այժմ Հայաստանը, որն ընդամենը շաբաթներ առաջ է 2-րդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ վավերացրել ԵՄ անդամակցության մասին օրենքը, կարող է հայտնվել լուրջ ճնշման տակ նույն արևմտյան հովանավորների կողմից։ Փաստացի Փաշինյանը կամ պետք է մեկնի Մոսկվա` հայտնվելով ԵՄ քննադատության տակ, որն արդեն իսկ արել է զգուշացում, կամ էլ դիմի իր սիրելի մեթոդին` հայտարարի, թե վարակվել է կովիդով և հրաժարվի մեկնել։
Մեկ այլ տարբերակ էլ առաջարկում են հայաստանյան արևմտամետ շրջանակները` նշելով, որ եթե չի հաջողվելու չմեկնել Մոսկվա, ապա գոնե արտգործնախարարի մակարդակով մեկնեն Ուկրաինա և մասնակցեն Կիևում կայանալիք միջոցառումներին։ Այդ կերպ, գոնե Եվրամիության աչքին վատամարդ չդառնալով։ Թե ի՞նչ կորոշի Փաշինյանը, կամ ավելի ճիշտ, ի՞նչ կպարտադրեն նրան, դեռևս հայտնի չէ։
