ՀԱՄԱՍ-ը համաձայնել է ազատ արձակել բոլոր իսրայելցի պատանդներին՝ Գազայում պատերազմի ավարտի երաշխիքների դիմաց

ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան երկուշաբթի հայտարարել է, որ պաղեստինյան խմբավորումը պատրաստ է ազատ արձակել բոլոր իսրայելցի պատանդներին «գերիների լուրջ փոխանակման» ինչպես նաև երաշխիքների դիմաց, որ Իսրայելը կավարտի պատերազմը Գազայում, հայտնել է Ֆրանսպրես գործակալությունը:
ՀԱՄԱՍ-ը Կահիրեում բանակցություններ է վարում Եգիպտոսի և Կատարի միջնորդների հետ, երկու երկրներ, որոնք աշխատում են Միացյալ Նահանգների կողքին պաշարված տարածքում հրադադար ապահովելու համար:
«Մենք պատրաստ ենք ազատ արձակել բոլոր իսրայելցի գերիներին՝ գերիների փոխանակման լուրջ գործարքի, պատերազմի դադարեցման, Գազայի հատվածից իսրայելական զորքերի դուրսբերման և մարդասիրական օգնության հոսքի դիմաց»,-Ֆրանսպրես գործակալությանը հայտնել է ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա Թահեր ալ Նունուն:
Միաժամանակ նա Իսրայելին մեղադրել է հրադադարի ուղղությամբ առաջընթացին խոչընդոտելու մեջ։
«Խնդիրը բանտարկյալների քանակի մեջ չէ, այլ այն, որ զավթիչները հրաժարվում են կատարել իրենց պարտավորությունները, արգելափակում են հրադադարի համաձայնագրի իրականացումը և շարունակում են պատերազմը։ Ուստի ՀԱՄԱՍ-ը շեշտել է երաշխիքների անհրաժեշտությունը, որոնք կստիպեն (Իսրայելի) զավթիչներին կատարել համաձայնագիրը»,- հայտարարել է ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան:
Իսրայելական Ynet լրատվական կայքը երկուշաբթի հայտնել է, որ նոր առաջարկ է արվել ՀԱՄԱՍ-ին։
Ըստ պայմանագրի՝ խումբը պետք է ազատեր 10 ողջ մնացած պատանդների՝ ԱՄՆ երաշխիքների դիմաց, որ Իսրայելը բանակցություններ կվարի հրադադարի երկրորդ փուլի շուրջ։
Հունվարի 19-ին սկսված զինադադարի առաջին փուլը, որը ներառում էր բազմաթիվ պատանդների ու գերիների փոխանակում, տևել է երկու ամիս՝ մինչև դրա խախտումը: Նոր զինադադար հաստատելու ջանքերը կանգ են առել՝ ըստ տեղեկությունների՝ պատանդների քանակի շուրջ տարաձայնությունների պատճառով:
Ընդսմին Նունուն հայտարարել է, որ ՀԱՄԱՍ-ը չի զինաթափվի, ինչը Իսրայելի կողմից պատերազմի ավարտի հիմնական պայմանն է: «Դիմադրության զենքերը սակարկելի չեն»,- ընդգծել է Նունուն։
