ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան տարօրինակ հորդորը

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Թրամփի` երկրից ապօրինի ներգաղթյալներին վտարելու քաղաքականությունն առնչվելու է նաև հայերին։ Համապատասխան ամերիկյան գերատեսչության բյուլետենում առնվազն 3000 հայերի անուններ են նշված, որոնց պետք է արտաքսել։ Շատերին, թերևս, արդեն արտաքսել են, բայց Թրամփի վարչակազմը մտադիր է մինչև տարեվերջ բոլոր արտաքսվածների թիվը հասցնել 1 միլիոնի։
Այս ֆոնին չափազանց ուշագրավ է Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանության տարածած հաղորդագրությունը։ Դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել` հորդորելով ԱՄՆ-ում ապօրինի գտնվող անձանց հեռանալ երկրից: «Եթե ճանաչում եք Միացյալ Նահանգներում ապօրինի գտնվող անձանց, խրախուսեք նրանց հեռանալ՝ նախքան պետական մարմինների կողմից բացահայտվելը: Բոլորի համար ուղերձը պարզ է՝ կատարե՛ք ճիշտ ընտրություն, հետևե՛ք օրենքին և մի՛ վտանգեք ձեր անվտանգությունը, ձեր ընտանիքը կամ ձեր ապագան»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ:
ԱՄՆ գործող իշխանությունները միգրացիոն քաղաքականության հարցերում մտադիր չեն զիջումների գնալ, իսկ ԱՄՆ-ում հազարավոր հայաստանցիներ են գտնվում ապօրինի հիմունքներով, որոնք այդ երկիր են անցել Մեքսիկայի կամ այլ այլ երկրների տարածքով և հանգրվանել են այնտեղ։ Շատերը նույնիսկ աշխատում են, սեփականություն ունեն, բայց մինչ օրս կացության և աշխատանքի թղթեր չեն ձևակերպել։ Նախագահ Թրամփի ընտրությունից հետո իրավիճակը ծայրահեղ սրվել է, և ոչ միայն հայերի, այլ նաև բազմաթիվ այլազգիների գլխին կախվել է արտաքսվելու վտանգը, և այժմ ԱՄՆ-ում ապօրինի գտնվող հայերը պետք է ընտրեն` ո՞ւր վերադառնալ:
Ամեն պարագայում Հայաստան վերադարձը շատերի համար ցավոտ է լինելու, ինչը նաև սոցիալական և տնտեսական ծանր հետևանքներ է իր հետ բերելու, նաև ավելացնելու է լարվածությունն ու ճնշումը Հայաստանում։ Մյուս կողմից էլ ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից ներդրվող տարիֆները կարող են ծանր տնտեսական հետևանքներ ունենալ Հայաստանի համար, եթե ՀՀ իշխանությունները համապատասխան միջոցներ չձեռնարկեն։
