МИД РФ: Мы готовы восстановить дипломатические отношения с Грузией

Мы сожалеем о том, что грузинское руководство по-прежнему увязывает восстановление дипломатических отношений с нашей позицией по Абхазии и Южной Осетии, мы неоднократно заявляли, и я готов это повторить, что решение Российской Федерации о признании суверенитета и независимости Абхазии и Южной Осетии, принятое в августе 2008 года, пересмотру не подлежит.  Об этом заявил заместитель министра иностранных дел России Михаил Галузин.

«Но мы готовы и далее всесторонне развивать взаимовыгодное сотрудничество с Грузией. И для этого есть очень много возможностей. Для Грузии Россия остается ключевым рынком по многим направлениям, в частности по винодельческой продукции, по фруктам. С другой стороны, Россия — ведущий поставщик энергоносителей и зерна в Грузию.

Российская сторона пошла в последние годы на очень существенные шаги. В частности, было восстановлено прямое авиационное сообщение между Россией и Грузией. Для граждан Грузии был восстановлен безвизовый режим при въезде.

Что касается дипломатических отношений, то мы готовы к их восстановлению. Мы готовы идти так далеко, насколько готова идти грузинская сторона. Ограничений для нас здесь нет», - отметил он.
