Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև, այսպես կոչված, «Խաղաղության համաձայնագրի» բանակցությունների ավարտից հետո, թեման առարկայական քննարկելու առաջին առիթն ապրիլի 12-ի հանդիպումն էր ՀՀ և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարների միջև: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։
