Ապրիլի 13-ին Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցին տոնախմբեց մեր Տեր Հիսուս Քրիստոսի Երուսաղեմ հաղթական մուտքի հիշատակը` Ծաղկազարդը: Տոնը տարիներ առաջ Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Երկրորդ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի օրհնությամբ հռչակվել էր մանուկների օրհնության օր։
Այս առիթով Առավոտյան ժամերգությունից հետո, հանդիսապետությամբ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի, Միածնաէջ Սուրբ Տաճարի շրջափակում տեղի ունեցավ Անդաստանի արարողություն և մանուկների օրհնության կարգ:
Նորին Սրբությունն իր օրհնությունը բաշխեց Մայր Աթոռում համախբված բազում մանուկների՝ նրանց ընծայելով խաչեր, իսկ հավատավոր ժողովրդին բաշխվեցին Անդաստանի ընթացքում օրհնված ուռենու ճյուղերը:
Հոգենորոգ տոնի կապակցությամբ Մայր Տաճարում, հանդիսապետությամբ Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Երկրորդ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի, մատուցվեց Սուրբ և Անմահ Պատարագ: Պատարագիչն էր Ավստրալիայի և Նոր Զելանդիայի հայոց թեմի առաջնորդ Գերաշնորհ Տ. Վարդան եպիսկոպոս Նավասարդյանը:
Վարդան Սրբազանը, իր քարոզում անդրադառնալով օրվա խորհրդին, ընդգծեց, որ Ծաղկազարդով ավարտվում է Մեծ Պահքը և սկսվում Ավագ շաբաթվա տնօրինական խորհուրդները։
Անդրադառնալով Հիսուս Քրիստոսի Երուսաղեմ հրաշափառ մուտքի ժամանակ հրեաների և ներկա բոլոր ուխտավորների սպասումներին՝ Պատարագիչ Սրբազանը նշեց․ «Քրիստոս մեզ սովորեցրեց, որ մենք ոչ միայն ուրախության, երջանկության, հաջողության ժամանակ օրհնենք Աստծուն, այլև մեր կյանքում պատահած դժվարության և փորձության պահերին։
Հիսուս մեզ ուսուցանեց, որ Տերը ցանկանում է մտնել մեր կյանք և թակում է յուրաքանչյուրիս սրտի դուռը, իսկ մեզ մնում է բացել այդ դուռը՝ Քրիստոսին ընդունելով իբրև մեր կյանքի վերափոխման աղբյուր, որպես մեր կյանքում երջանկության, համերաշխության և խաղաղության կերտողի»։
Վերջում Վարդան Սրբազանը, դիմելով ներկաներին, հորդորեց Քրիստոսով նորոգվել ու ծաղկազարդվել՝ պատրաստ լինելով Տիրոջ փառահեղ գալստյանը։
Սուրբ Պատարագի ավարտին, Ամենայն Հայոց Հայրապետի նախագահությամբ, վերստին կատարվեց մանուկների օրհնության կարգ։
