Երևանի և Անկարայի բանակցությունների վերջնական նպատակը երկու երկրների միջև հարաբերությունների լիակատար կարգավորումն է, ներառյալ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատումն ու սահմանների բացումը: Այդ մասին Անթալիայում ընթացող 4-րդ դիվանագիտական համաժողովի շրջանակում լրագրողներին ասել է ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը։
Միրզոյանը նշել է, որ Ֆիդանի հետ ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են երկկողմ հարաբերություններն ու տարածաշրջանային զարգացումները․
«Երկու կողմերն էլ հասկանում են, որ վերջնական նպատակը, խնդիրը հարաբերությունների լիակատար կարգավորումն է, ներառյալ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատումն ու սահմանների լիարժեք բացումը», - մասնավորապես ասել է նա։
ԱԳ նախարարը նշել է, որ Երեւանի և Անկարայի միջեւ արդեն իսկ արվել են մի շարք կոնկրետ քայլեր այնպիսի ոլորտներում, ինչպիսիք են օդային տարածքի օգտագործումը, իսկ երկու երկրների փորձագետները քննարկումներ են անցկացրել Մարգարա-Ալիջան սահմանային անցման եւ Գյումրի-Կարս երկաթուղու վերաբերյալ:
Ընդ որում, նա փաստել է, որ երկկողմ հարաբերությունների որոշ ուղղություններում առաջընթացը կանգ է առել․
«Օրինակ, մեր միջև պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել բացել սահմանը երրորդ երկրների քաղաքացիների, ինչպես նաև դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր ունեցող Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիների համար։ Այդ պայմանավորվածությունը, ցավոք, մինչ օրս չի իրագործվում», - հայտարարել է նա։
Արարատ Միրզոյանը Անթալիայում խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը անվանել է պատմական և աննախադեպ և հայտարարել, որ այն պատրաստ է ստորագրման:
ՀՀ արտգործնախարարը նաև մեկնաբանել է Ադրբեջանի առաջ քաշած պայմանը՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը լուծարելու մասին․ «Եթե չկա հակամարտություն, ապա չկա նաև այս Մինսկի խմբի անհրաժեշտությունը», - ասել է նա՝ նշելով, որ Երևանն առաջարկում է նույն օրը ստորագրել Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը և Մինսկի խմբի լուծարման մասին փաստաթուղթը:
Մեկնաբանելով Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության մեջ փոփոխություններ մտցնելու Ադրբեջանի պահանջը, Միրզոյանը հայտարարել է, որ այդ առումով անհրաժեշտ երաշխիքներ արդեն գոյություն ունեն: Նա հավելել է, որ Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության ճանաչման կետը կներառվի ապագա խաղաղության համաձայնագրում: Միրզոյանը հայտարարել է, որ խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ստորագրումից հետո Հայաստանն այլևս կարիք չի ունենա ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության ներկայության։
