Քանի դեռ Հայաստանի Սահմանադրություն չի փոփոխվել, խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրումն անհնար է. այս մասին թուրքական Անադոլու գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը:
«2022 թվականի առաջին ամիսներին Հայաստանին ներկայացվել է խաղաղության պայմանագրի հինգ հիմնական կետ, իսկ նույն թվականի հոկտեմբերին սկսվել են քննարկումները երկու երկրների միջև։ Խաղաղության պայմանագրի առաջին նախագիծը կազմել է ադրբեջանական կողմը և ներկայացրել Հայաստանին։ Բանակցությունները տևել են մոտ երկուսուկես տարի։ Մեկ ամիս առաջ քննարկումներն ավարտվել են, տեքստի շուրջ համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերվել։ Կան կարևոր հարցեր, որոնց պետք է լուծել: Դրանցից ամենակարևորը Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության մեջ «Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջների» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) առկայությունն է։ Քանի դեռ այսպես շարունակվում է, խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրումն անհնար է։ Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունն անհրաժեշտ է», - ասել է ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյան:
Բայրամովը հավելել է, որ Ադրբեջանի մեկ այլ պայման էԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի լուծարումը:
«ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը 30 տարվա ընթացքում «ոչ մի արդյունքի չի հասել» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am)։ Ղարաբաղի հարցն արդեն «լուծված» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) է, և այդ տարածքները Ադրբեջանի կազմում են։ Հայաստանը նույնպես դա ճանաչել է։ Նման իրավիճակում Մինսկի խմբի գործունեությունը շարունակելու Հայաստանի շարունակական ջանքերը մեզ համար հարցեր են առաջացնում։ Մենք համառորեն պահանջում ենք Մինսկի խմբի լուծարում», - ասել է նա:
