Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայկական վարչակազմի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի սրտահույզ կադրերը, որտեղնա հացադուլի պատճառով ծայրահեղ հյուծված տեսք ունի, ցնցել են Հայաստանը։ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի քաղաքական ղեկավարության տասնհինգ այլ ներկայացուցիչների հետ նախկին օլիգարխն ու բարերարն այժմ Բաքվում կանգնած են դատարանի առջև։ Ղարաբաղի հայ ղեկավարների նկատմամբ բռնաճնշումները միաժամանակ ապակայունացնում են իրավիճակը Հայաստանում և սրում հակահայկական տրամադրություններն Ադրբեջանում, գրում է The Insider ը։
Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հացադուլ է հայտարարել փետրվարի 18-ին և այն շարունակել 23 օր՝ մինչև մարտի 12-ը։ Նա նշել է, որ նպատակն ուշադրություն հրավիրելն էր այն փաստի վրա, որ «դատավարություն չկա, բայց դատավճիռ է կայացվում»։ Առանց անկախ իրավական ներկայացուցչության, դատավարությունը, որը Հայաստանում լայնորեն դատապարտվում է որպես «կեղծ դատավարություն», ընդգծում է իրավիճակի լրջությունը, որում հայտնվել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ղեկավարները։
2020 թվականի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանը գիտակցեց ռազմագերիների արժեքը՝ որպես սակարկության մանրադրամի։ 2021 թվականի տեսահոլովակում Իլհամ Ալիևը կատակում է իր թուրք գործընկեր Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին, թե ռազմագերիները դարձել են բանակցությունների հիանալի լծակ՝ չնայած այն իրավական պաշտպանությանը, որ նրանց պետք է ընձեռվեր պատերազմի օրենքներին համապատասխան:
Թեև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի քաղաքական ղեկավարությունն իրավաբանորեն այլ կատեգորիայի է դասվում, դրա գործառույթն Ադրբեջանի համար թերևս նույնն է՝ Հայաստանի վրա ճնշում գործադրելու գործիք է ծառայում:
