Փաշինյանը մտադիր է քնեցնել «Եվրաքվե» նախաձեռնությունը. ինչպե՞ս կարձագանքի Արևմուտքը

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը մտադիր է քնեցնել «Եվրաքվե» նախաձեռնությունը։ Հիշեցնենք, Ազգային ժողովը վերջին քառօրյայում ընդունեց «Եվրամիությանը՝ Հայաստանի անդամակցության վերաբերյալ» օրենքի նախագիծը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ։ Օրենքի նախագիծն այլ գործողություններ չի նախատեսում, մինչդեռ Արևմուտքը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից հստակ պահանջում է գործուն միջոցներ ձեռնարկել օրենքի կիրառումն ապահովելու համար, մասնավորապես պայմաններից է հաստիքային արևմտամետներից որևէ մեկին՝ Արամ Սարգսյանին կամ Արման Բաբաջանյանին առաջին փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնում նշանակելը։ 

Փաշինյանը զուգահեռ բանակցություններ է վարում ռուսական կողմի հետ, և ռուսներն իրենց բազմաթիվ պահանջներին ավելացրել են նաև «Եվրաքվե»-ից ձեռք քաշելու պահանջը։

Ըստ էության, Փաշինյանն այժմ փորձում է կարգավորել հարաբերությունները և որոշակի ռևերանսներ է անում ռուսական կողմի ուղղությամբ, հասկանում է, որ «Եվրաքվեն» ժամանակավորապես սառեցնելը բխում է իր շահերից և այժմ որևէ արևմտամետի առաջին փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնում նշանակելու դեպքում խնդիրներ է ունենալու ոչ միայն դրսում, այլ նաև ներսում։ Այս օրենքի նախագիծը ներկայացրած քաղաքական ուժերը փորձելու են քաղաքական դիվիդենտները շահել իրենց համար, այլ ոչ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի»։

Նախաձեռնության ձգձգումը Փաշինյանին ձեռնտու է այնքանով, որ կարող է դա օգտագործել ռուսների հետ բանակցություններում, իսկ արդեն 2026 թ.-ին, եթե անհրաժեշտ լինի, կրկին վերադառնալ օրենքին` լծակներ չտրամադրելով արևմտամետներին, նաև հանրության մեջ տպավորություն ստեղծելով, թե հենց իրենք են այդ օրենքի նախահայրերը։ Մյուս կողմից` Փաշինյանը նաև արևմտամետներին կախվածության մեջ է պահում։ Հետագայում, եթե հարկ լինի նրանց մեկ դաշինքով խորհրդարան տանելու։ Իսկ եթե ՔՊ-ն բավարար թվով ձայներ չհավաքի, նաև կոալիցիա ստեղծելու և իշխանությունը կրկին զավթելու նպատակով։ Հայտնի չէ, թե ինչպես այս քայլերին կարձագանքի Եվրոպան, որտեղ արդեն նյարդայնանում են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խուսանավումներից։
