Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նախագահ Թեոդորոս Ռուսոպուլոսը ներառվել է Ադրբեջանի սև ցուցակում։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն՝ մեկնաբանելով ԵԽԽՎ ղեկավարի հայտարարությունները:

«Մենք վճռականորեն մերժում և դատապարտում ենք Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նախագահ Թեոդորոս Ռուսոպուլոսի կողմից առաջադրված մեղադրանքները: Մեր երկրի առաջնորդին բռնապետ անվանելն ու նրան վիրավորելը բացարձակ անընդունելի է, դա քաղաքական տգիտության ու բթամտության դրսևորում է։ Ներկայիս հիստերիկ իրավիճակը վեհաժողովում, բռնապետ Ռուսոպուլոսի գլխավորությամբ, ցույց է տալիս, որ ԵԽԽՎ-ում  տիրում է ողբալի իրավիճակ։ Նմանատիպ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել նաև Եվրոպական խորհրդարանում։ Ինչ վերաբերում է Մարդու Իրավունքների Եվրոպական դատարանի որոշումների վերաբերյալ մեր դիրքորոշմանը, ապա անհեթեթություն է Ադրբեջանից պահանջել կատարել դատարանի որոշումները՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ Ադրբեջանը չի մասնակցել այդ դատավորների ընտրությանը»,- ասել է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Այխան Հաջիզադեն ։ 

Նրա խոսքով՝  Թեոդորոս Ռուսոպուլոսը ներառված է Ադրբեջանի սև ցուցակում, ինչպես նաև ԵԽԽՎ 76 անդամներ, որոնք պաշտպանել են ԵԽԽՎ-ում ադրբեջանական պատվիրակության լիազորությունները կասեցնելու անարդար և իրավաբանորեն կասկածելի նախաձեռնությունը:

«Եթե Ռուսոպուլոսը մտնի Ադրբեջան, ապա նրան դուրս կշպրտենք»,- ասել է  Այխան Հաջիզադեն։
