Դպրոցի տնօրենի նշանակման ընթացակարգի փոփոխություն է արվել․ ԿԳՄՍՆ

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը պարզաբանում է տարածել դպրոցի տնօրենի պաշտոնում նշանակման ընթացակարգի փոփոխության վերաբերյալ․
«ՀՀ կառավարության 2025 թվականի ապրիլի 3-ի N363-Ն որոշմամբ հաստատվել է հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատությունների տնօրենների ընտրության գործընթացին ներկայացվող պահանջների փոփոխությունը: Հիմք ընդունելով «Նորմատիվ իրավական ակտերի մասին» օրենքով սահմանված՝իրավական ակտերի ուժի մեջ մտնելու մասին կարգավորումները, ըստ որի՝ որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնում պաշտոնական հրապարակմանը հաջորդող օրվանից, տեղեկացնում ենք, որ վերոհիշյալ փոփոխությունը ուժի մեջ է մտել 2025 թվականի ապրիլի 4-ից:
Որոշմամբ սահմանվել են տնօրենի պաշտոնում նշանակման ընթացակարգի փոփոխության նոր կարգավորումներ․
Որոշման 37.1-ին կետով հավակնորդին տնօրենի պաշտոնում նշանակվելու նոր հնարավորություն է ընձեռվել հետևյալ պայմանով. «Հանձնաժողովի անդամների 4 դրական եզրակացության դեպքում հավակնորդը լիազոր մարմնի կողմից տնօրենի պաշտոնում կարող է նշանակվել 5 տարի ժամկետով՝ 1 տարի փորձաշրջանով (հաշվի առնելով նաև ՀՀ աշխատանքային օրենսգրքի 92-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի պահանջը)»: Կարգավորումն ուժի մեջ է մտել ապրիլի 4-ին և տարածվում է այդ օրը տեղի ունեցած հարցազրույցի և դրանից հետո ծագած իրավահարաբերությունների վրա:
Որոշման 38.1-ին ենթակետով սահմանված է․ «Զարգացման ծրագրի դրական եզրակացություն ունեցող, բայց հարցազրույցի փուլը 2 անգամ չհաղթահարած անձը պետք է նորից զարգացման ծրագիր ներկայացնի, եթե մասնագիտական հանձնաժողովը բացասական է գնահատել զարգացման ծրագրի բաղադրիչը»: Այս կետը տարածվում է ապրիլի 4-ին և դրանից հետո հայտարարված մրցույթների վրա, ինչը նշանակում է, որ տնօրենի այն հավակնորդները, որոնք սահմանված ընթացակարգով նախորդ երկու (և ավելի) անգամ մասնակցել են հարցազրույցների, սակայն բացասական եզրակացություն են ստացել, հայտարարվող նոր մրցույթին մասնակցելու համար պետք է ներկայացնեն դպրոցի զարգացման նոր ծրագիր»:
