Ուկրաինա-ԱՄՆ հանքային գործարքի նոր պայմանները․ Միացյալ Նահանգներն իր տված փողերը հետ է ուզում

ԱՄՆ-Ուկրաինա հանքային գործարքի նախագծի նոր տարբերակում չի նշվում Կիեւի անվտանգության երաշխիքների մասին: Այս մասին գրել է «The New York Times»-ը։
Փոխարենը, նախագծի նորացված տարբերակում կրկին ներկայացվեցին Կիեւի կողմից նախկինում բացառված պահանջները, ըստ որոնց՝ Վաշինգտոնը կպահպանի հսկողությունը Ուկրաինայի վերականգնման հիմնադրամի նկատմամբ, իսկ Կիեւը կվերադարձնի ԱՄՆ-ից ստացված ողջ օգնությունը։
ԱՄՆ-ը հիմնադրամից պահանջում է ամբողջ շահույթը, քանի դեռ Ուկրաինան չի վերադարձրել ԱՄՆ-ի օգնության համարժեք գումարը + տարեկան 4%:
«Պարտքի» ստույգ չափը չի նշվում, սակայն ավելի վաղ խոսքը գնացել է 350 միլիարդ դոլարի մասին։ Հիմա սրան ավելացել է տարեկան ևս 4 տոկոս։
Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 11-ին, Ուկրաինայի պատվիրակությունն այցելել է Վաշինգտոն՝ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ հանքարդյունաբերության գործարքի շուրջ բանակցելու նպատակով:
Ուկրաինայի փոխվարչապետ Օլգա Ստեֆանիշինան հաստատել է, որ խորհրդակցությունները տեղի կունենան երկու օրվա ընթացքում ու կունենան տեխնիկական բնույթ՝ առանց բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների մասնակցության։
