Բաքվում դատում են հայ ազգին՝ հայ լինելու համար

Երեկ մասնակցում էինք մի պանելային հանդիպում-քննարկման՝ Բաքվի բանտերում պահվող հայ ռազմագերիների վերաբերյալ։
Բանախոսները Եվրոպական դատարանում գերիների շահերի պաշտպան Սիրանուշ Սահակյանը և միջազգային իրավունքի մասնագետ Տարոն Սիմոնյանն էին։
Քննարկման ժամանակ ներկայացվեց ռազմագերիների վերաբերյալ գործերի ընթացիկ վիճակը, նրանց պահման անմարդկային պայմանները, գործընթացի տոտալ անվերահսկելիությունը որևէ միջազգային անկախ կառույցի կողմից: Քննարկման առանցքն էր՝ ի՞նչ անելիքներ ունեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը և հայ հանրությունը նրանց վերադարձնելու համար:
Պարզ է, միջազգային ատյաններում Ադրբեջանի դեմ հայցերից հրաժարումը բնավ այս խնդրի լուծումը չէ, այն որևէ խնդրի լուծում չէ, ավելին՝ մի հսկա բացասական ժառանգություն է Հայաստանի ու հայերի ապագա սերունդներին:
Ու երեկվանից այս միտքը ինձ հանգիստ չի տալիս, որ փոխարենը գերիների հարցում աննահանջ մեկ միասնական օրակարգ թելադրելու, քննարկում ենք, թե միջպետական գանգատներից հրաժարվելուց հետո ի՞նչ գործիքակազմ կարելի է կիրառել՝ ռազմագերիներին հետ պահանջելու օրինական հիմք ունենալու համար:
Հասկանալի է, հարկավոր է ռեալիստ լինել, ուղիներ փնտրել, որովհետև իշխանությունը կարծես թե վճռական է գանգատներից հրաժարվելու իր որոշման մեջ, սակայն դա չի փոխում այն փաստը, որ հայ ռազմագերիների ներկայիս վիճակը յուրաքանչյուրիս, յուրաքանչյուր հայի անձնական ամոթը պետք է լինի:
Մենք ունենք արձանագրված դեպքեր, երբ մարդիկ սպանվել են հենց գերեվարման ընթացքում։ Ութ տասնյակ հայեր ենթարկվել են բռնի անհետացման։ Կան մարդկային ճակատագրեր, որոնք տակավին գտնվում են անհայտության մեջ: Ադրբեջանը պաշտոնապես հաստատում է իր մոտ 23 հայ գերիների առկայությունը։ Նրանց մի մասի, այդ թվում՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նախկին ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության ներկայացուցիչների նկատմամբ Բաքվում կեղծ քրեական գործեր են հարուցվել և անցկացվում են շինծու դատավարություններ։
