Անթալիայում ապրիլի 11-ին մեկնարկել է Դիվանագիտական ֆորումը՝ ADF 2025-ը։ ՍիվիլՆեթի Արշալույս Մղդեսյանը բացառիկ հարցազրույց է վարել Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հարցերով Թուրքիայի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Սերդար Քըլըչի հետ՝ հայ-թուրքական կարգավորման, Ռուբինյանի հետ հանդիպման և Թուրքիայի պահանջների մասին։

– Ի՞նչ կարող եք ասել այն մասին, թե երբ է հայ-թուրքական սահմանը բացվելու երրորդ երկրների ներկայացուցիչների համար։

-Այդ առնչությամբ որոշում ենք կայացրել դեռևս 2022 թվականին՝ երրորդ երկրի քաղաքացիների և դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր ունեցողների համար։ Հիմա աշխատում ենք տեխնիկական մանրամասների վրա։ Չգիտեմ՝ երբ դա կլինի, բայց լուրջ աշխատում ենք։ Հուսով եմ՝ հնարավորինս շուտ պետք է ավարտենք այս գործընթացը։

– Այսօր մեկնաբանություն տվեցիք Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության վերաբերյալ։ Կարող եք հստակեցնել՝ ի՞նչ նկատի ունեիք։

– Դա կարևոր հարց է, և ինչպես նշեցիք, Ադրբեջանը պահանջում է Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության փոփոխություն։ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն արդեն հայտարարել են, որ իրենք ևս ցանկանում են փոփոխություններ անել Սահմանադրության մեջ։

Բայց սա Հայաստանի ներքին հարցն է։ Հայ ժողովուրդը և Հայաստանի ինստիտուտներն են որոշելու՝ ինչպես և երբ է այդ փոփոխության գործընթացն իրականացվելու։
