ՔՊ-ն Գյումրիում իշխանազավթման մի քանի տարբերակ է քննարկում

Արդեն ապրիլի 16-ին Գյումրիի ավագանին պետք է քաղաքապետ ընտրի։ Գյումրիում պարտություն կրած «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» տևական ժամանակ ցնցումների մեջ էր, բայց վերջին օրերին չափազանց հանգիստ են։
ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, իշխանությունները մի քանի տարբերակներ են քննարկում, թե ինչպես կարող են զավթել իշխանությունը Գյումրիում։ Ընդ որում, որոշվել է այս անգամ էլ մեթոդների մեջ խտրականություն չդնել։ Փաստացի Վանաձորում և այլ քաղաքներում իշխանազավթման պրոցեսը մարսած Փաշինյանը և նրա թիմը, կարծում են, որ նույնիսկ Գյումրին կարող են մարսել, եթե գնան ապօրինությունների ճանապարհով։ Ըստ այդմ, չի բացառվում, որ արդեն ապրիլի 16-ի նիստին ՔՊ ողջ խմբակցությունը` 14 հոգի, չմասնակցի։ Ավագանու առաջին նիստին կարող են չմասնակցել ավագանու ընդդիմադիր այլ թեկնածուներ ևս։ Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, ներկայումս որոշ ավագանու անդամների հետ իշխանությունները փորձում են պայմանավորվածությունների հանգել կամ ահաբեկումների միջոցով նրանց պարտադրել չներկայանալ, իսկ 2-րդ նիստին փորձել անցկացնել Սարիկ Մինասյանին։
Եթե իշխանության այս հանցավոր մտահղացումը չիրականանա, նրանք այլ տարբերակով կգնան։ Մասնավորապես, քրեական գործեր հարուցելով Գյումրու քաղաքապետի ընդդիմադիր թեկնածու Վարդան Ղուկասյանի և մյուսների դեմ։ Փաշինյանը հրահանգել է չխնայել որևէ մեկին և մինչև վերջ քամել ընդդիմության դեմ առկա կոմպրոմատները։ Թեպետ մամուլում խոսակցություններ են շրջանառվում, որ Սարիկ Մինասյանին ցանկանում են այլ` ավելի բարձր պաշտոնի նշանակել, օրինակ` Շիրակի մարզպետ, բայց «Քաղպայմանագրում» առայժմ սպասում են քաղաքապետի ընտրությանը և հնարավոր զարգացումներից հետո նոր առաջարկել են վերադառնալ այդ հարցի քննարկմանը։
