Հայաստանը վերադառնո՞ւմ է կառուցողական դաշտ

Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի պատվիրակությունն ապրիլի 16-ից 19-ը կգործուղվի Սանկտ Պետետերբուրգ։ Ըստ տարածված պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության` պատվիրակությունը կմասնակցի ԱՊՀ միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի խորհրդի և լիագումար նիստերի, ԱՊՀ միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի հանձնաժողովների նիստերի աշխատանքներին։ Թերևս հասկանալի և նորմալ կարելի է դիտարկել, որ հայկական պատվիրակությունը մասնակցում է ԱՊՀ-ի միջոցառումներին, սակայն պետք է հիշեցնել, որ դեռևս անցած տարվա հուլիսին հայտարարվեց, որ Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը չի մասնակցելու Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կայացած Անկախ պետությունների համագործակցության միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովին։
2022 թ. նոյեմբերից հետո, երբ Հայաստանը կտրուկ խզեց կապերը ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ, հայկական պատվիրակությունները առանձնապես չեն մասնակցել ոչ ՀԱՊԿ և ոչ էլ ԱՊՀ միջոցառումներին, կամ էլ մասնակցել են ավելի ցածր ձևաչափով։ Օրինակ, այսօր ընթանում է ԱՊՀ արտգործնախարարների խորհրդի նիստը, որին հայկական կողմից մասնակցում է ոչ թե նախարարը, այլ փոխարտգործնախարար Մնացական Սաֆարյանը։ Թե որն է պատճառը, որ այս անգամ որոշել են խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությանը` նախագահի գլխավորությամբ, ուղարկել Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ, բնականաբար, չի նշվում։
Ամեն դեպքում, վերջին շրջանի զարգացումները ենթադրում են, որ Հայաստանն աստիճանաբար վերադառնում է Ռուսաստանի հետ ինտեգրացիոն տարբեր պրոցեսներին կառուցողական մասնակցության դաշտ։ Փոխվել է թե Փաշինյանի և թե նրա թիմակիցների հռետորաբանությունը, ընդ որում, սեփական հանրության աչքին անլուրջ չդիտարկվելու համար որոշում է կայացվել աստիճանաբար վերադառնալ համագործակցության, կարծես թե ոչինչ էլ չի եղել, արդեն հաջորդ նիստերին կմասնակցեն նաև այլ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ, յուրաքանչյուրն ըստ իր իրավասությունների շրջանակի։ Ժողովրդական խոսքը նման դեպքում ասում է` «կկակղես, կուտես»։ Հիմա ՀՀ իշխանություններինն է։
