Հրապարակվել է BMW-ի վարորդի դատավճիռը

Մեղադրյալ Արմեն Տոնոյանը ճանաչվեց մեղավոր, որպես հիմնական պատիժ` դատապարտվեց 5 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկման, իսկ որպես լրացուցիչ պատիժ` 3 տարի ժամկետով զրկվեց վարորդական իրավունքից։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյա իր էջում գրել է տուժողների ներկայացուցիչ, փաստաբան Հայարփի Սարգսյանը։
«Այսօր` 10.04.2025թ., ժամը 16։15-ին, Շիրակի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում, դատավոր Ա. Գեղամյանի նախագահությամբ, հրապարակվեց 2024թ. հուլիսի 26-ի ողբերգական վթարից մահացած ընտանիքի գործով դատավճռի եզրափակիչ մասը։
Մեղադրյալ Արմեն Տոնոյանը ճանաչվեց մեղավոր, որպես հիմնական պատիժ` դատապարտվեց 5 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկման, իսկ որպես լրացուցիչ պատիժ` 3 տարի ժամկետով զրկվեց վարորդական իրավունքից։ Մյուս մեղադրյալ Արման Ալեքսանյանը ճանաչվեց մեղավոր, որպես պատիժ նշանակվեց տուգանք 750.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով։ Տուժողների գույքային հայցերը բավարարվեցին մասնակի` համապատասխանաբար 4 մլն և 2 մլն ՀՀ դրամի չափով։
Հիշեցնեմ, որ նախորդ դատական նիստի ժամանակ մեղադրյալներն ընդունել էին իրենց մեղքը, նշանակվել էր արագացված դատաքննություն, նշանակվել էին լրացուցիչ դատալսումներ»,-նշել է նա։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ 2024 թվականի հուլիսի 26-ին՝ ժամը 01:30-ի սահմաններում, Գյումրի-Վանաձոր ավտոճանապարհի 15-րդ կիլոմետր հատվածում՝ Շիրակի մարզի Ախուրյան համայնքի Ջաջուռ բնակավայրի վարչական տարածքում, իրար են բախվել BMW X3 3.01 մակնիշի և HONDA FTT 1.3 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները, ինչի հետևանքով HONDA FTT 1.3 մեքենայի վարորդը և վերջինիս կինը տեղում մահացել են, իսկ նրանց 8-ամյա որդին, ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է «Գյումրի բժշկական կենտրոն», որտեղ, գիտակցության չգալով, ևս մահացել է:
BMW X3 3.01 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը դեպքի վայրից դիմել էր փախուստի, սակայն ավելի ուշ հայտնաբերվել էր։
