Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը մեկնաբանել է ադրբեջանական մամուլում շրջանառվող տեղեկությունները, թե Հայաստանում անցկացվող պահեստազորայինների 25-օրյա վարժական հավաքները վկայում են այն մասին, որ հայկական կողմը պատրաստվում է պատերազմի։
«Արմենպրես»-ի հարցին ի պատասխան ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Արամ Թորոսյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանում պահեստազորայինների վարժական հավաքներ մշտապես անցկացվել են, դրանք արտառոց չեն։
Հարց. Ադրբեջանական մամուլում հաճախ տարածվում են տեղեկություններ, թե Հայաստանում անցկացվող պահեստազորայինների 25-օրյա վարժական հավաքները վկայում են այն մասին, որ հայկական կողմը պատրաստվում է պատերազմի: Ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանեք այս լուրը։
Պատասխան. Վարժական հավաքների կազմակերպումը և անցկացումը սահմանվել են դեռևս 1991 թվականին ընդունված նախկին «Զինապարտության մասին» օրենքով, և մինչև օրս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության կազմակերպման գործընթացը սահմանող օրենքներով վարժական հավաքների կազմակերպումն ու անցկացումը նախատեսված է որպես զինապարտ քաղաքացիների պահեստազորային պատրաստության հիմնական միջոցառում:
Ըստ այդմ՝ վարժական հավաքներ հայտարարվել են դեռևս շատ վաղուց, դրանք նախ անցկացվել են եռամսյա ժամկետով, իսկ սկսած 2023 թվականից՝ պահեստազորայինների ներգրավումն իրականացվում է 25-օրյա ժամկետով, ինչը հնարավորություն է տվել ժամանակային առումով ավելի արդյունավետ կազմակերպել վարժական հավաքները, ինչպես նաև ավելի քիչ «անհարմարություններ» պատճառել հավաքներին ներգրավվող քաղաքացիներին: Հենց այս բերումով է կառավարությունը պարբերաբար վարժական հավաքների անցկացման մասին որոշում ընդունում:
Նախորդող տարիներին պարբերաբար անցկացված վարժական հավաքներն արդեն 2 տարի է, ինչ փոխարինվել են 25-օրյա վարժական հավաքներով, և հետևաբար, դրանք նոր չեն, արտառոց ոչինչ չկա:
Վարժական հավաքները որևէ ագրեսիվ ենթատեքստ չունեն, զինված ուժերի բարեփոխումների և պահեստազորում հաշվառված քաղաքացիների պատրաստության բնականոն մաս են կազմում, որը բնորոշ է բոլոր երկրներում պաշտպանության կազմակերպման պարտադիր գործընթացին:
