Փաշինյանը ձեռք չի քաշելու ռուսական ալիքները փակելու մտքից

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունն այդպես էլ ձեռք չի քաշել ռուսական հեռուստաալիքները Հայաստանում անջատելու իր մտադրությունից։ Երեկ խորհրդարանում պրոֆիլային հանձնաժողովի նիստում Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Տիգրան Հակոբյանը հայտարարել է, թե վերջերս Ֆրանսիան ջանքեր է գործադրել, որ 2 հեռուստաալիք ունենա Հայաստանի հանրային մուլտիպլեքսում, սակայն մերժվել է։
Ըստ Հակոբյանի` հայկական կողմը հեռուստաալիքների ներկայացուցիչների հետ մի քանի հանդիպումների ժամանակ հստակ հասկացրել է, որ գործող օրենսդրությունը թույլ չի տալիս օտարերկրյա լրատվամիջոցների ներկայությունը հանրային մուլտիպլեքսում։
Գործող օրենսդրությունը, իհարկե, որոշակի սահմանափակումներ նախատեսում է։ Դրա համար գոյություն ունի առանձին հատուկ կարգավորում, ըստ որի օտարերկրյա հեռուստաալիքները Հայաստանում կարող են հեռարձակվել միայն միջպետական համաձայնագրի հիման վրա։ Այդպիսի համաձայնագիր այժմ գործում է միայն Ռուսաստանի հետ, որը հանրային մուլտիպլեքսում 3 հեռուստաընկերություններ ունի։ Այդ հեռուստաընկերությունները փակելու իշխանությունների մտադրության մասին վաղուց է հայտնի։
Ըստ այդմ, Հակոբյանը երեկ հայտարարել է, թե հանրային մուլտիպլեքսում օտար հեռարձակող չպետք է լինի։ «Մենք ևս մեկ անգամ պնդում ենք, որ հանրային մուլտիպլեքսում որևէ օտար հեռարձակող չպետք է լինի։ Վերջին 1-2 տարվա իրադարձությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ մենք իրավացի ենք և գտնում ենք, որ օրենքով այդ բացը պետք է փակվի, և օտար հեռուտաընկերությունները չպետք է հեռարձակվեն։ Խոսքը վերաբերում է ոչ միայն ռուսական ծրագրերին, դա ընդամենը մանիպուլյացիա է։ Մենք առհասարակ խոսում ենք բոլոր օտարերկրյա ծրագրերի մասին»,- ԱԺ Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի, սպորտի, սփյուռքի և երիտասարդության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստում ասել է Տիգրան Հակոբյանը։ Մինչ նա ռուսական հեռուստաալիքները փակելու մասին խոսակցությունը մանիպուլյացիա է հռչակում, ակնհայտ է, որ այս ամենն ուղղված է հենց ռուսական 3 հեռուստաալիքների դեմ։ Ֆրանսիական ալիքների անունն էլ ընդամենը տրվում է, որպեսզի հանրության մեջ տպավորություն ստեղծվի, թե հավասար պայմաններ են ստեղծում բոլորի, այդ թվում վերջերս Հայաստանի իշխանությունների գործընկերն ու դաշնակիցը դարձած Ֆրանսիայի դեպքում։
