Ռուսաստանը կանոնավոր խորհրդակցություններ է անցկացնում Իրանի հետ և պատրաստ է անել այն ամենը, ինչ անհրաժեշտ է իրանական միջուկային խնդիրը դիվանագիտական ճանապարհով լուծելու համար, լրագրողներին հայտնել է Կրեմլի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը՝ պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե՞ արդյոք Մոսկվան կարող է միջնորդ լինել Թեհրանի և Վաշինգտոնի միջև բանակցությունների ընթացքում։
«Մենք կանոնավոր խորհրդակցություններ ենք անցկացնում իրանցի գործընկերների հետ, այդ թվում՝ միջուկային գործարքի շուրջ: Այդ գործընթացը կշարունակվի նաև ապագայում», – հայտնել է նա, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ -ը :
«Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է գործադրել բոլոր ջանքերը, անել հնարավոր ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի օգնի այս խնդրի քաղաքական և դիվանագիտական ճանապարհով կարգավորմանը», – հավելել է խոսնակը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Իրանի կողմից միջուկային զենք ստեղծելու հարցը դիվանագիտական օրակարգից դուրս մղվեց 2015 թվականին, երբ Ռուսաստանը, Իրանը, Մեծ Բրիտանիան, Գերմանիան, Չինաստանը, ԱՄՆ-ն և Ֆրանսիան մշակեցին Գործողությունների համատեղ համապարփակ ծրագիրը, որը նախատեսում էր միջազգային վերահսկողություն Թեհրանի միջուկային օբյեկտների նկատմամբ՝ միջազգային պատժամիջոցների չեղարկման դիմաց։ Այնուամենայնիվ, հենց 2018 թվականին ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը միակողմանիորեն վերականգնեց ԱՄՆ բոլոր սահմանափակումները։ Նրա իրավահաջորդ Ջո Բայդենը կտրուկ քայլել չիրականացրեց, իսկ Իրանը հետևեց ԱՄՆ-ի օրինակին՝ դադարեցնելով համաձայնագրի կատարումը։
2025-ին Սպիտակ տուն վերադառնալով՝ Թրամփը ստորագրեց գործադիր հրաման, որով վերսկսեց Իրանի նկատմամբ առավելագույն ճնշման քաղաքականությունը և սպառնաց Իրանին աննախադեպ ռմբակոծություններով, եթե Թեհրանը չհամաձայնի Վաշինգտոնի հետ նոր գործարք կնքել։ Իրանը հրաժարվեց ԱՄՆ-ի հետ ուղիղ բանակցություններից՝ նախազգուշացնելով, որ Վաշինգտոնի ցանկացած հակաիրանական քայլ կարժանանա կտրուկ պատասխան գործողությունների։
