2023 թ. հոկտեմբերից ի վեր պետբյուջի միջոցներից Արցախից տեղահանվածներին աջակցության տարբեր ծրագրերով հատկացվել է ավելի քան 115 միլիարդ դրամ։ Այս մասին Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում հայտնեց փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը։

Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի խոսքով, Կառավարությունը 40+10 ծրագիրը դարձնում է ավելի թիրախային եւ չի բացառվում, որ խոցելի անձանց իրենք շարունակեն օգնել մինչեւ տարեվերջ:

«Օրինակ, երեխաներին, հաշմանդամության առաջին եւ երկրորդ խումբ ունեցող անձանց, կենսաթոշակառուներին հատկացնում ենք 40 հազարական դրամները, եւ եթե պարզվի՝ մեկ անձի հաշվով ամսական եկամուտը 55 հազարից քիչ եղավ, ապա մենք կտանք աջակցություն. 40 հազար դրամ, եթե մեկ մարդուց է բաղկացած ընտանիքը եւ 10 հազարական դրամ՝ յուրաքանչյուր հաջորդ անդամին»,- ասաց փոխվարչապետը:

Անդրադառնալով բնակարանային ապահովման ծրագրին, փոխվարչապետը հայտնեց, որ այսօրվա դրությամբ 900 ընտանիք է ստացել սերտիֆիկատ, որով կարող է տուն գնել կամ կառուցել. «900 ընտանիքներից 100-ն են դեռ իրացրել իրենց սերտիֆիկատի իրավունքը: Ընդհանուր քանակի տեսանկյունից, 900 ընտանիքը՝ 3800 մարդ, մոտ 10 անգամ պակաս է, քան այս ժամանակահատվածում կարող էին դիմած լինել, որովհետեւ առնվազն 4000 ընտանիք կա, որ 3 եւ ավելի անչափահաս զավակ ունեն, բազմաթիվ են այն ընտանիքները, որոնք ունեն 2 անչափահաս երեխա»:

Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը հայտնեց նաեւ, որ 22 հազար մարդ արդեն աշխատանքային զբաղվածություն եւ եկամուտներ ունեն:

Նշենք, որ արցախցիները պահանջում են չչեղարկել 40+10 ծրագիրը:
