Նորելուկ կոռումպացվածները չեն դատվի, քանի դեռ Փաշինյանն իշխանության ղեկին է

2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո մամուլը հարյուրավոր դեպքեր է ներկայացրել, թե ինչպես են փաշինյանական իշխանության տարբեր ներկայացուցիչներ պետության հաշվին արագ հարստացել, ահռելի գույք ձեռքբերել, արտոնություններ ստացել պետական գանձարանի հաշվին։ Ֆինանսների նախկին նախարար դատող իշխանությունը սեփական թիմից նախարար նշանակվածի կոռուպցիոն սխեմաների հետ հաշտ է։ Հաշտ չեն տասնյակ փաստաբանները, որոնք պայքար են մղում իրավական ճանապարհով։
Վերաքննիչ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանը պարտավորեցրել է նախաքննական մարմնին քրեական վարույթ նախաձեռնել և պարզել Ֆինանսների նախարար, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանի կապը կոռուպցիոն որոշ դրվագների հետ: Փաստաբան Արա Զոհրաբյանի խոսքով, վերաքննիչ դատարանը բավարարել էր բողոքն այդ ընկերության մասով ու բեկանել էր առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշումը՝ պարտավորեցրել էր հանրային վարույթի մասնակիցներին, որպեսզի քրեական վարույթ նախաձեռնեն։ Փաստաբաններն անցած տարեվերջին ֆինանսների նախարարի հայտարարագրերում ոչ միայն տարբեր տարիների սխալներ էին հայտնաբերել, այլ նաև պարզել, որ Փաշինյանի թիմակիցը մեկ միլիոն դոլար անտոկոս փոխառնություն է ստացել, գնել «Կարիտաս Իտալիանա» ընկերությունը: Հետագայում այս կազմակերպությունը վերանվանել է «Ջի կոդեր», իսկ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանն իր 100 տոկոս բաժնեմասը, ըստ փաստաբանների, վաճառել է մորեղբորը: Ընկերությունն օգտվել է նաև պետական օժանդակությունից՝ կառավարությունից ստանալով 1.8 մլրդ դրամի ապրանքի ներմուծման մաքսատուրքի արտոնություն:
Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն հրաժարվել էր քրեական վարույթ հարուցել, իսկ որոշումը բողոքարկվել էր։
Որևէ կասկած չկա, որ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանն առնվազն չարաշահել է պաշտոնական դիրքը՝ սեփական անձի բարեկեցությունն ավելացնելու համար։ Վստահաբար, կարելի է ասել, որ նույնիսկ դատարանի պարտադրանքից հետո հստակ քննություն չի իրականացվելու։ Քպական պաշտոնյաները դատարանի առջև կկանգնեն միայն Փաշինյանի պաշտոնավարումից հետո, նրա հետ միասին։
