«Թալիբան» շարժման մեջ հակամարտություն է ծագել աղջիկների միջնակարգ կրթության արգելքի պատճառով

Թալիբան շարժման պաշտոնյաների միջև մեծանում է աղջիկներին միջնակարգ կրթությունն արգելելու որոշման շուրջ տարաձայնությունը, ինչի հետևանքով առնվազն մեկ նախարար լքել է Աֆղանստանը և ինչը հարկադրել է որոշ ընտանիքների տեղափոխվել երկրից, որպեսզի իրենց դուստրերը կարողանան շարունակել ուսումը, հայտնում է NBC News-ը:
Սահմանափակումներն այնքան բռնի են դարձել, որ շարժման որոշ բարձրաստիճան անդամներ վերջին ամիսներին կոչ են արել վերացնել դրանք, հաղորդում է NBC News-ը՝ վկայակոչելով Թալիբան շարժման ներկայացուցիչներին:
Նրանք բոլորն ասում են, որ հարավային Քանդահար քաղաքում, որտեղ բնակվում է շարժման գերագույն առաջնորդ Հայբաթուլլա Ախունդզադան, աճում է թալիբների ծայրահեղ պահպանողական անդամների և մայրաքաղաք Քաբուլի ավելի չափավոր անդամների միջև պառակտումը:
Աֆղանստանի փոխարտգործնախարարի պաշտոնակատար Շեր Մոհամադ Աբաս Ստանիկզայը դեմ է արտահայտվել արգելքին, որը սահմանվել էր 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերին՝ թալիբների կողմից իշխանությունը զավթելուց մեկ ամիս անց:
«Թալիբները անարդարություն են գործել՝ արգելելով աղջիկներին դպրոց գնալ, - հայտարարել է Ստանիկզայը հունվարի 18-ին արևելյան Հոստ նահանգում դպրոցական ավարտական արարողության ժամանակ՝ հավելելով, որ դա չի համապատասխանում շարիաթի օրենքներին, այլ ավելի շուտ՝ «մեր անձնական ընտրությանը կամ բնույթին»:
Մի քանի օր հետո Ստանիկզայը, մեկը, որին ժամանակին թալիբները վստահում էին ղեկավարել բանակցային թիմը՝ Աֆղանստանից ամերիկյան զորքերի դուրսբերման շուրջ Քաթարում բանակցելու համար, լքեց երկիրը և մեկնեց Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններ:
Նա հրաժարվեց վերադառնալ՝ չնայած Աֆղանստանի փոխվարչապետ Աբդուլ Գանի Բարադարի այցին, որը չկարողացավ համոզել նրան, հաստատել են թալիբների երեք պաշտոնյաներ:
Ստանիկզայի հեռանալը բողոքի ևս մեկ նշան էր ռեժիմի «անտրամաբանական և անպատասխանատու քաղաքականության» դեմ, ասել է նրանցից մեկը:
Համաձայն ՄԱԿ-ի Մանկական հիմնադրամի (ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ) տվյալների, անցյալ շաբաթ սկսված նոր ուսումնական տարում երկրում գրեթե 2,2 միլիոն աղջիկ զրկվել է կրթություն ստանալու հնարավորությունից:
