Եվրամիության երկրներն առաջիկա օրերին կփորձեն միասնական ճակատով հանդես գալ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի սահմանած մաքսատուրքերի դեմ և, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կհաստատեն նպատակաուղղված հակաքայլերի առաջին փաթեթը մինչև 28 միլիարդ դոլարի ԱՄՆ ներմուծման դեմ՝ ատամնաթելից մինչև ադամանդ, գրում է Reuters-ը։
Նման քայլը կնշանակի, որ ԵՄ-ն կմիանա Չինաստանին և Կանադային՝ ԱՄՆ-ի դեմ պատասխան մաքսատուրքեր սահմանելու հարցում, ինչը կհանգեցնի գլոբալ առևտրային պատերազմի վաղաժամ սրացմանը, որը կթանկացնի ապրանքները միլիարդավոր սպառողների համար և ամբողջ աշխարհի տնտեսությունները կհանգեցնի ռեցեսիայի:
27 երկրների դաշինքին սպառնում են մեքենաների, պողպատի և ալյումինի ներմուծման 25 տոկոս մաքսատուրքեր, ինչպես նաև չորեքշաբթի օրվանից գրեթե բոլոր այլ ապրանքների համար 20 տոկոս մաքսատուրքեր:
Թրամփի մաքսատուրքերը ծածկում են ԵՄ-ի ԱՄՆ արտահանման մոտ 70%-ը՝ ընդհանուր 532 միլիարդ եվրո (585 միլիարդ դոլար), ընդ որում, դեռևս մաքսատուրքեր կսահմանվեն պղնձի, դեղագործական արտադրանքի, կիսահաղորդիչների և փայտանյութի վրա:
Եվրահանձնաժողովը, որը համակարգում է ԵՄ առևտրային քաղաքականությունը, երկուշաբթի ուշ երեկոյան իր անդամներին կառաջարկի ամերիկյան ապրանքների ցուցակ, որոնց վրա հավելյալ մաքսատուրքեր կդրվեն՝ ի պատասխան Թրամփի պողպատի և ալյումինի նկատմամբ մաքսատուրքերի:
Ցուցակը կներառի ամերիկյան միս, ձավարեղեն, գինի, փայտանյութ և հագուստ, ինչպես նաև մաստակ, ատամնաթել, փոշեկուլներ և զուգարանի թուղթ: Ապրանքներից մեկը, որն ավելի շատ ուշադրություն է գրավել և ԵՄ-ում տարաձայնություններ առաջացրել, բուրբոնն է: Եվրահանձնաժողովը սահմանել է 50% մաքսատուրք, ինչը դրդել է Թրամփին սպառնալ 200% հակամաքսատուրք սահմանել ԵՄ ալկոհոլային խմիչքների վրա, եթե ԵՄ-ն դիմի այդ քայլին:
Գինի արտահանողներ Ֆրանսիան և Իտալիան մտահոգություն են հայտնել։ ԵՄ-ն, որի տնտեսությունը մեծապես հենվում է ազատ առևտրի վրա, ցանկանում է լայն աջակցություն ապահովել ցանկացած պատասխանի համար, որպեսզի, ի վերջո, ճնշում գործադրի Թրամփի վրա և ստիպի նրան բանակցությունների մեջ մտնել:
Երկուշաբթի օրը Լյուքսեմբուրգում կկայանա ԵՄ-ի մասշտաբով առաջին քաղաքական հանդիպումը այն բանից հետո, երբ Թրամփը հայտարարեց մաքսատուրքերի բարձրացման մասին, ԵՄ անդամ 27 երկրների առևտրի համար պատասխանատու նախարարները կարծիքներ կփոխանակեն դրա հետևանքների և լավագույնս արձագանքելու մասին:
ԵՄ դիվանագետները հայտարարել են, որ հանդիպման հիմնական նպատակը Վաշինգտոնի հետ մաքսատուրքերը դադարեցնելու նպատակով բանակցելու ցանկության միասնական ուղերձ հաղորդելն է, ինչպես նաև հակաքայլերով պատասխանելու պատրաստակամությունը, եթե դա չհաջողվի։
Սակայն ԵՄ անդամների շրջանում կան տարբեր կարծիքներ, թե ինչպես արձագանքել: Ֆրանսիան հայտարարել է, որ ԵՄ-ն պետք է աշխատի միջոցառումների փաթեթի վրա, որը գերազանցում է մաքսատուրքերի շրջանակը, իսկ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնն առաջարկել է եվրոպական ընկերություններին դադարեցնել ներդրումները Միացյալ Նահանգներում, քանի դեռ «իրավիճակն ավելի պարզ չի դարձել»:
Իռլանդիան, որի արտահանման գրեթե մեկ երրորդը գնում է Միացյալ Նահանգներ, կոչ է արել «կշռադատված» պատասխան տալ, մինչդեռ Իտալիան՝ ԵՄ երրորդ խոշոր արտահանողն ԱՄՆ, հարցականի տակ է դրել, թե արդյոք ԵՄ-ն ընդհանրապես պետք է պատասխան տա:
