Դեմքի դիմակներ՝ սև կետերը հեռացնելու համար

Սև կետերը կամ կոմեդոններն առաջանում են ավելցուկային մաշկային ճարպով, մաշկի մահացած բջիջներով և փոշու մանր հատիկներով դեմքի ճարպագեղձերի խցանման հետևանքով: Այս ամենի արդյունքում ծակոտիները մգանում են, որն էլ հենց տալիս է մաշկի վրա սև կետերի տեսողական էֆեկտ: Հիմնականում կոմեդոնները հայտնվում են T-զոնայում (քիթ, ճակատ, կզակ), որն ամենայուղոտ և պրոբլեմատիկ հատվածն է:
Սև կետերի առաջացման պատճառներից մեկը մաշկի ոչ ճիշտ խնամքն է կամ մաքրության պակասը: Այսպես օրինակ, շատ կարևոր է լավ մաքրել մաշկն ամեն առավոտ և հատկապես ամեն երեկո՝ քնելուց առաջ: Աշխատեք երբեք չպառկել քնելու առանց լվացվելու կամ մաշկի մաքրման այլ միջոցներ, օր. լոսյոն օգտագործելու: Կոմեդոնների կանխարգելման համար ցանկալի է նաև գոնե շաբաթը 1-2 անգամ լրացուցիչ մաքրել մաշկը կեղտից և վնասակար նյութերից՝ օգտագործելով մաքրող դիմակներ և դեմքի պիլինգ:
Սպիտակուցային մաքրող դիմակ
Ձվի մեկ հում սպիտակուցին ավելացրեք մեկ ճաշի գդալ շաքար և լավ հարեք մինչև լուծվի: Պատրաստված դիմակի կեսը քսեք դեմքին և թողեք, մինչև լրիվ չորանա: Հետո վրայից քսեք դիմակի մնացած մասը և մատներով ու ափերով ինտենսիվ թափահարեք ամբողջ դեմքի մակերեսը: Ի՞նչ է այդ պահին տեղի ունենում: Այդպիսի հարվածների ժամանակ ձեր մատների և դեմքի մաշկի միջև առաջանում է կպչուն զանգված, որը ծակոտիների ողջ պարունակությունը դուրս է քաշում: Շարունակեք այս գործողությունը, մինչև ձեր ձեռքերը չդադարեն կպչել մաշկին:
Վերջում դիմակը լվացեք սառը ջրով և դեմքին քսեք խոնավեցնող կրեմ: Սև կետերից ազատվելու համար այս դիմակը խորհուրդ է տրվում կիրառել շաբաթական մի քանի անգամ: Եթե մաշկը չոր է, քսեք այն միայն սև կետերի շրջանում՝ T-զոնայում: Շատ յուղոտ մաշկի դեպքում կարելի է դիմակը քսել ողջ դեմքին:
Ձվի սպիտակուցով և հալվեով դիմակ
Մեկ հում ձվի սպիտակուցին ավելացրեք երկու թեյի գդալ կիտրոնի և նույնքան հալվեի (алоэ) տերևներից քամված հյութ: Լավ խառնեք կամ հարեք հարիչով, որից հետո խյուսի կեսը քսեք մաքուր մաշկին՝ այն հատվածներին, որտեղ կան սև կետեր: Երբ դիմակն ամբողջովին չորանա, վրայից քսեք մնացած մասը: 10-15 րոպեից լվացվեք սառը ջրով:
Մաքրող դիմակ՝ սոդայով
Դեմքի աղտոտված ծակոտիները և սև կետերը լավ մաքրում են բնական միջոցները, որոնց կազմության մեջ մտնում է սոդա: Իհարկե, ցանկալի չէ այն օգտագործել, եթե մաշկի վրա կան պզուկներ և այլ բորբոքային երևույթներ: Կես թեյի գդալ սոդան խառնեք նույն քանակությամբ մանր աղի հետ: Դեմքը շփեք շատ տաք, գրեթե եռման ջրով, նույն ջրի մեջ թրջեք նաև բամբակի կտորը: Պատրաստված սոդայի և աղի խառնուրդից մի պտղունց ցանեք բամբակի վրա և զգուշությամբ քսեք խոնավ մաշկին, բայց միայն այն տեղերում, որտեղ կան սև կետեր:
Կարիք չկա ուժեղ տրորել մաշկը, սահմանափակվեք թեթև, մեղմ շփումներով: Հետո լվացվեք ավելի սառը ջրով և դեմքին քսեք խոնավեցնող կրեմ: Այդպիսի մաքրող միջոցը խորհուրդ է տրվում օգտագործել ոչ հաճախ, քան շաբաթը մեկ անգամ: Աղի փոխարեն սոդայի հետ կարելի է խառնել մանրեցրած վարսակ կամ թեփ:
