Ըստ բժիշկների՝ գրեթե յուրաքանչյուր երրորդ մարդ Երկրի մագնիսոլորտում փոփոխություններ է զգում: Գեոմագնիսական ակտիվությամբ անակնկալի գալուց խուսափելու համար ավելի լավ է նախապես իմանալ՝ սպասել մագնիսական փոթորիկ մոտ ապագայում, թե ոչ։

IKI-ի և ISPZ-ի Արևային ակտիվության լաբորատորիայի տվյալներով՝ վերջին մի քանի օրերին Արեգակի մակերեսին իրավիճակը բավականին հանգիստ է։ Գիտնականները բռնկման ակտիվության ինդեքսը գնահատում են 10 միավորից 4,5, ինչը համապատասխանում է «դեղին մակարդակին»։ Վերջին երկու օրվա ընթացքում փորձագետները գրանցել են C կարգի յոթ բռնկում:

«Արևի ակտիվության ընդհանուր մակարդակն այժմ գնահատվում է ցածր: Այս գնահատականը շատ կայուն չէ, քանի որ տեսանելի կողմում կան ակտիվության մի քանի խոշոր կենտրոններ, որոնք կարող են կյանքի կոչվել ամեն րոպե, բայց հիմա դրանք էներգիա չունեն և ունակ չեն ուժեղ բռնկումների», - նշում են Արևային ակտիվության լաբորատորիայի գիտնականները: 

Նաև մագնիսական փոթորիկները կարող են դառնալ քրոնիկ հիվանդությունների սրման գործոն՝ սիրտ-անոթային պաթոլոգիաներ, արթրիտ և այլն։

Տարասովը նշել է, որ առավել վտանգված են տարեցները, հղիները, եղանակի նկատմամբ զգայուն մարդիկ և սրտային հիվանդություններով մարդիկ։ Բժիշկը խորհուրդ է տվել նման օրերին պահպանել քնի կայուն ռեժիմ, խուսափել սթրեսից, ճիշտ սնվել, ավելի շատ ժամանակ անցկացնել դրսում և սահմանափակել գաջեթների օգտագործումը։ Նա նախազգուշացրել է ավելորդ ֆիզիկական և էմոցիոնալ սթրեսի, ալկոհոլի չարաշահման և էկրաններին երկարատև մնալու մասին:
