Մոսկվայի Սավելովսկի դատարանը կաշառք ստանալու գործով կալանավորել է ՌԴ ՊՆ վերահսկողության և վերահսկողության գործունեության գլխավոր տնօրինության պետական շինարարական վերահսկողության վարչության պետ Յուրի Կոժևնիկովին, հայտնում է ТАСС-ը՝ հղում անելով դատարանի մամուլի ծառայությանը։
«Մոսկվայի Սավյոլովսկի շրջանային դատարանի որոշմամբ բավարարվել է քննիչի խնդրանքը՝ մեկ ամիս 22 օր կալանքի տեսքով խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ Յուրի Վասիլևիչ Կոժևնիկովի նկատմամբ, որը կասկածվում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Քրեական օրենսգրքի 290-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ մասի «գ» և առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հանցագործությունների կատարման մեջ»,- ասացին մամուլի ծառայությունից։
Դատարանը մերժել է պաշտպանական կողմի միջնորդությունը՝ Կոժևնիկովի նկատմամբ ավելի մեղմ խափանման միջոց ընտրել տնային կալանքի տեսքով։
Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ՊՆ վերահսկողության և վերահսկողության հիմնական տնօրինության պետական շինարարական վերահսկողության վարչությունը զբաղվում է պետական շինարարական վերահսկողությամբ օբյեկտների կառուցման ժամանակ, որոնց նախագծային փաստաթղթերը ենթակա են պետական փորձաքննության, ինչպես նաև կապիտալ շինարարական նախագծերի վերակառուցման, այդ թվում՝ մշակութային ժառանգության օբյեկտների պահպանման աշխատանքներ իրականացնելիս:
