Ապրիլի 5-ի առավոտյան Մորդովիայի ղեկավարը հայտարարել է, որ ուկրաինական անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը հարվածել են տեղական օպտիկամանրաթելային գործարանին։ Խոսքը Սարանսկի Fiber Optic Systems ձեռնարկության մասին է։
Ինչպես հայտնել է Զդունովը, հարձակման հետևանքով տեղի բնակիչներ չեն տուժել։ Միաժամանակ Baza Telegram ալիքը գրել է, որ հարվածից հետո գործարանի տարածքում հրդեհ է բռնկվել։
