ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը գրել է․
«Վերջին շրջանում գնալով ավելանում են ինձ հասնող ահազանգերն առ այն, որ ՀՀ տարածքում զանգվածորեն գողանում են վրացական պետհամարանիշներով մեքենաների պետհամարանիշները: Նախկինում համատարած գողանում էին նաև հայկական պետհամարանիշները, սակայն դրանց տրամադրման կարգի փոփոխությունից և դյուրացումից հետո լայնածավալ ոտնձգություններ են սկսվել արդեն վրացական պետհամարանիշներով մեքենաների նկատմամբ: Մեր ուսումնասիրություններով՝ օրեր կան, որ մի գիշերվա մեջ միայն Երևանի մի թաղամասից գողացել են դրսում կայանված վրացական պետհամարանիշներով տասնյակ մեքենաների պետհամարանիշներ:
Մեզ դիմած մարդիկ փաստում են, որ գողերը տելեգրամ կապի միջոցով բանակցում են սեփականատերերի հետ և համարանիշները հատուկ նշված վայրերում թողնում մինչև 100 հազար դրամ գումար շորթելու դիմաց: Վրաստանի մեր գործընկերները ևս ահազանգում են այս խայտառակ երևույթի ահագնացող չափերի մասին՝ նշելով, որ Վրաստանի քաղաքացիները շատ դեպքերում ստիպված են լինում այլ տրանսպորտային միջոցով վերադառնալ Վրաստան, վերականգնել սեփական պետհամարանիշները, նորից գալ ՀՀ ու վերադառնալ սեփական ավտոմեքենայով: Հայաստանի սպասարկման օբյեկտների (ռեստորաններ, հյուրատներ և այլն) ներկայացուցիչները ևս փաստում են, որ Վրաստանից ժամանած իրենց հյուրերը գրեթե ամեն օր ընկնում են այս ամոթալի քաշքշուկի մեջ:
Սա ոչ միայն պարզ իրավական հարց է, այլև մեր երկրի հեղինակությանն ու վարկանիշին սերտորեն առնչվող խնդիր. Վրաստանում տպավորություն կա, թե հարևանությամբ ոչ թե ՀՀ-ն է, այլ Աֆրիկյան մի երկիր, որտեղ հարձակվում են օտարերկրացիների վրա ու թալանում: Պակաս կարևոր չէ նաև այն, որ այս ամենի պատճառով մարդիկ թքում ու այլևս չեն այցելում մեր երկիր՝ այս ամենաթողության մասին պատմելով ամենուր, ինչի պատճառով տուժում է մեր երկրի տնտեսությունն ու սպասարկման ոլորտը:
Ամենևին չենք կարծում, որ իրավապահ համակարգի համար ներկայիս տեխնոլոգիաների դարաշրջանում անհաղթահարելի դժվարություններ կան, որպեսզի տելեգրամի հետքերով գնալով՝ արագորեն բացահայտվեն հանցագործները: Սա կրկնապատկում է մեր կասկածներն ու մտահոգությունները:
