Ադրբեջանը հայտնվել է պարենամթերքի ներմուծման դժվարությունների եւ թանկացման շեմին

Մի քանի օր առաջ Ադրբեջանի պետական մաքսային կոմիտեի փոխնախագահ Միրգասըմ Վահաբովը հայտարարել էր, որ հունվարին երկրում ներմուծումը 65-70 տոկոսով նվազել է, ինչը խոսում է այն մասին, որ այս տարի Ադրբեջանի ներմուծման ծավալը չի կարող գերազանցել 5 մլրդ դոլարը:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Ազադլըգ»-ը գրում է, որ ըստ փորձագետների` նվազումը ավելի շատ կախված է պարենի ներմուծման հետ, ինչը կապվում է մանաթի արժեզրկումից հետո բազմաթիվ առեւտրային օբյեկտների գործունեության դադարեցման, ձեռնարկատերերի կողմից բիզնեսը արտասահման տեղափոխելու հետ:
«Սակայն, նկատի ունենալով այն հանգամանքը, որ Ադրբեջանում ներմուծման ծավալը օլիգարխ չինովնիկների վերահսկողության տակ է, փորձագետները վարկած են առաք քաշում, որ ներմուծման նվազումը կարող է լինել երկրից փողի դուրս բերումը կանխելու համար իշխանության սեփական ծրագիրը», -գրում է թերթը:
Ըստ թերթի` մյուս վարկածն էլ կապված է պետբյոջեի վերանայման հետ:
«Ֆինանսների նախարար Սամիր Շարիֆովը հայտնել էր, որ բյուջեն պետք է 2 մլրդ մանաթով ավելացվի: Նման դեպքում բյուջեն լցնելու հիմնական ուժն ընկնելու է մաքսային եւ հարկային մարմինների վրա: Հնարավոր է` մաքսային ծառայության ղեկավարությունը ներմուծումը նվազեցնելով ուղերձ է հղում կառավարությանը, որ չի կարողանալու կատարել պարտավորությունը: Պատահական չէ, որ Սամիր Շարիֆովի հայտարաևությունից հետո մաքսային կոմիտեի նախագահ Այդըն Ալիեւն առաջարկել էր մեծացնել որոշ մաքսային տուրքեր: Կոմտեի նախագահը դրանով ուզում էր ասել, որ միայն այդպես է հնարավոÖ € կատարել պարտավորությունները», -նշել է թերթը:
Ըստ թերթի` փորձագետների գտնում են, որ բոլոր դեպքերում ներմուծման ծավալների ֆանտաստիկ չափով նվազումը երկրի համար ոչ մի լավ բան չի խոստանում:
«Եթե այդ միտումը մի քանի ամիս շարունակվի, երկրում ճգնաժամն ավելի կխորանա. պարենամթերքի դժվարություններն ու թանկացումները կասկածից վեր են», -հավելել են փորձագետները:
