«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացրել «Լոս Անջելես 2028» օլիմպիական խաղերին նախապատրաստվելու համար մարզիկներին, հավաքականների գլխավոր (ավագ) մարզիչներին, երկրորդ և անձնական մարզիչներին, բժիշկներին ու մերսողներին սպորտային նպաստի տրամադրման կարգը հաստատելու մասին» նախագիծը։
Նշվում է, որ «Փարիզ 2024» ամառային օլիմպիական խաղերին նախապատրաստումը իրականացվել է կառավարության 2022 թ. հունիսի 30-ի № 985-Ն որոշման համաձայն: Որոշումն այժմ ուժը կորցրած է ճանաչվում «Նորմատիվ իրավական ակտերի մասին» օրենքի 37-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի համաձայն: «Փարիզ 2024» օլիմպիական խաղերին նախապատրաստվելու ժամանակ 2022-2024 թթ. սպորտային նպաստ է տրամադրվել որոշմամբ սահմանված արդյունքներ ցուցաբերած մարզիկներին, նրանց անձնական մարզիչներին, հավաքականների մարզիչներին, բժիշկներին և մերսողներին: «Փարիզ 2024» ամառային օլիմպիական խաղերում Հայաստանի մարզիկները նվաճել են 4 մեդալ, այդ թվում՝ 3 արծաթե մեդալ (ծանրամարտ, սպորտային մարմնամարզություն և հունա-հռոմեական ըմբշամարտ մարզաձևերից) և 1 բրոնզե մեդալ հունա-հռոմեական ըմբշամարտ մարզաձևից:
«Լոս Անջելես 2028» ամառային օլիմպիական խաղերին լավագույնս նախապատրաստվելու համար անհրաժեշտ է, ըստ նախագծում բերված արդյունքների, 2026 թ. հունվարից մինչև «Լոս Անջելես 2028» ամառային օլիմպիական խաղերի ավարտը՝ 2028 թ. օգոստոս ամիսը, սպորտային նպաստ տրամադրել մարզիկներին, հավաքականների մարզիչներին, անձնական մարզիչներին, բժիշկներին և մերսողներին: Նախագծով սահմանվում է սպորտային նպաստի տրամադրման կարգը, այդ թվում՝ սպորտային նպաստի տրամադրման ժամկետները: Նախագիծն ուժի մեջ է մտնելու 2026 թ. հունվարի 1-ից:
Ըստ 2024 թ. արդյունքների, մեկ տարվա համար գումարը կազմում է 292 մլն 200 հազար դրամ:
Նախագծի ընդունմամբ պետական բյուջեում ծախսերի ու եկամուտների էական ավելացում կամ նվազեցում չի նախատեսվում:
