«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Չնայած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր մամուլի ասուլիսներից մեկի ժամանակ հայտարարեց, որ եկամուտների հայտարարագրման գործընթացի ժամկետը երկարաձգվել է մինչև նոյեմբերի 1-ը, քաղաքացիներն ահազանգում են, որ այս մասին որևէ իրավական ակտ չկա։ Շատերն ունեն մտավախություն, որ եթե չլրացնեն հայտարարագիրը նշված ժամկետում, որոշ ժամանակ հետո ստիպված կլինեն տույժ ու տուգանքներ վճարել։
Ստացվում է, որ եկամուտների հայտարարագրման վերջնաժամկետն առայժմ մնացել է մայիսի 1-ը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ «Հայաստանը ես եմ» նախաձեռնության ղեկավար Նաիրի Սարգսյանն այս գործընթացի մեկնարկից ի վեր սկսել է իրազեկման մեծ արշավ։ Նա պարբերաբար հանդիպումներ է ունենում մարզերում և Երևանում՝ պարզաբանելով քաղաքացիներին, թե որոնք են այս գործընթացի խութերը, ինչ խնդիրներ կարող են առաջանալ հայտարարագիր ներկայացնելիս, ինչու է այս գործընթացը քաղաքացիների պարագայում ոչ նպատակահարմար։
«Փաստը» պարոն Սարգսյանից հետաքրքրվեց՝ արդյոք փոփոխություններ կատարվե՞լ են հայտարարագիր ներկայացնելու վերջնաժամկետի հետ կապված։ «Շուտով հանդես են գալու նախաձեռնությամբ, կլինի նախագիծ, որով ժամկետը հետաձգվում է մինչև նոյեմբերի 1-ը։ Դա պարտադիր լինելու է։ Նոյեմբերի 1-ից հետո հայտարարագիր չլրացնելու համար քաղաքացուն ընդամենը ծանուցում են ուղարկելու։ 30-օրյա ժամկետում այն չներկայացնելու դեպքում՝ 5000, ևս 30-օրյա ժամկետում չներկայացնելու դեպքում կիրառվելու է 10000 դրամ տուգանք։ Հետևաբար, մինչև 2026 թվականը բոլորը կարող են շատ հանգիստ լինել։ Համատարած բոյկոտ է, այս պահի դրությամբ 800 հազարից ավելի մարդ հայտարարագիր չի լրացրել։ Հայտարարագրի ներկայացման պարտավորություն ունեցողների մեծամասնության բոյկոտը բավարար է այս գործընթացի չեղարկման հարցում արդյունքի հասնելու համար, բայց մենք շատ հավակնոտ թիրախ ենք սահմանել՝ 700-ից 750 հազար մարդ չպետք է հայտարարագիր ներկայացնի։ Այս դեպքում կկարողանանք ճնշում գործադրել և հասնել հաջողության»,-նշեց Նաիրի Սարգսյանը։
