Ինչպես արդեն հայտնել ենք, ապրիլի 3-ին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի թեժ գծի հեռախոսահամարին ահազանգ էր ստացվել առ այն, որ «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում դիմակներով անձինք ծեծի են ենթարկել ցմահ դատապարտյալներին։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ից:
Սոցիալական ցանցերի և զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցների մշտադիտարկման արդյունքում ստացվել էր նաև տեղեկություն, որ դատապարտյալներին որևէ բուժօգնություն չի ցուցաբերվում։
Պաշտպանի հանձնարարությամբ «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ է մեկնել արագ արձագանքման խումբ՝ տեղում բարձրացված խնդիրների մանրամասներին ծանոթանալու, ազատություից զրկված անձանց հետ առանձնազրույց ունենալու նպատակով:
Այցի ընթացքում Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչներն առանձնազրույց են ունեցել ազատությունից զրկված շուրջ 30 անձանց, այդ թվում՝ ցմահ դատապարտյալների և կալանավորված անձանց հետ, շրջայց կատարել խցերում, ուսումնասիրել ազատությունից զրկված անձանց վերաբերյալ կազմված փաստաթղթերը:
Առանձնազրույցների ընթացքում ազատությունից զրկված անձանցից ոմանք Պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչներին, ի թիվս այլնի, տեղեկություններ են ներկայացրել նույն օրը քրեակատարողական ծառայության հատուկ նշանակության բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից գործադրված, իրենց պնդմամբ, անհամաչափ ֆիզիկական ուժի, խցերում առկա գույքը կոտրելու, իրենց նկատմամբ վիրավորանքներ և հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնելու մասին: Ազատությունից զրկված անձինք պնդել են, որ այրվել են ոչ թե խցերի ներքնակները, այլ մեկ սրբիչ:
Միևնույն ժամանակ, Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչների կողմից արձանագրվել են ազատությունից զրկված անձանց մարմնական վնասվածքները:
Արձանագրվել է նաև, որ ազատությունից զրկված անձանց ցուցաբերվում է բժշկական օգնություն, այդ թվում՝ 2 անձի մոտ առկա վնասվածքների կասկածի կապակցությամբ կատարվել է նաև ռենտգեն հետազոտություն:
Այցի ընթացքում ստացված տեղեկություններն ու արձանագրված խնդիրները ներկայում ամփոփվում են:
Դրանց կապակցությամբ համապատասխան պարզաբանումներ կպահանջվեն պետական իրավասու մարմիններից:
