Արցախցիների հարցում իշխանությունը հետքայլ չի անելու

Օրեր շարունակ Ազատության հրապարակում բողոքի ակցիա անող, Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններից իրենց սոցիալական վիճակի բարելավում և գործող ծրագրերի պահպանում պահանջող արցախցիների մի խումբ երեկ հանդիպել է փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանին։ Վերջինս, առանց այլևայլությունների, հայտարարել է, թե «40+10» ծրագրի մասով նահանջ չի լինելու։
Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են միայն արցախցիների սոցիալական խնդիրները: Կառավարությունից հայտնել են, որ պատրաստ են շարունակել քննարկումները: «Մենք միասին կորոշենք հետագա քայլերը և վաղը կհայտարարենք: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, անցնելու ենք գործողությունների, բողոքի ակցիաները կշարունակվեն»,- Կառավարության դիմաց հավաքված արցախցիներին հայտնեցին արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության խորհրդի ներկայացուցիչները:
Խնդիրն ամենևին էլ սոցիալական չէ, և արցախցիներն էլ պետք է ըստ այդմ գնահատեն իրավիճակը։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը 2023 թ. Արցախի հայաթափումից հետո բազմաթիվ նախաձեռնություններ է ձախողել, միտումնավոր, որպեսզի Հայաստանից դուրս մղի արցախցիներին։ Դրանով է պայմանավորված, թե՛ ատելության այն դոզան, որ գործող իշխանությունը գեներացնում է արցախցիների դեմ, թե՛ սոցիալական ծանրագույն վիճակում հայտնված մարդկանց նոր խնդիրների առջև կանգնեցնելը։
Խնդիրը քաղաքական է, և մեկն է՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պաշտոնավարումը ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնում։ Միայն նրա ու իր թիմի հեռացումը հնարավորություն կտա արժանապատիվ ապագա կառուցել բոլորի, այդ թվում՝ արցախցիների համար։
