Գերմանական ծաղր Բաքվից

Ադրբեջանում երեկ կայացել է Գերմանիայի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հանդիպումը, ապա և համատեղ ասուլիսը, որտեղ Գերմանիայի նախագահ Ֆրանկ Վալտեր Շտայնմայերը հայտարարել է, թե Բեռլինը միշտ էլ ասել է, որ Ղարաբաղն ադրբեջանական տարածք է և այսօր վերահաստատում է այդ տեսակետը։ Ընդամենը մեկ օր առաջ Բաքուն և Բեռլինը դիվանագիտական սկանդալի եզրին էին, երբ Գերմանիայի նախագահն ինստագրամյան իր էջում գրառում էր արել` այն ուղեկցելով Արցախի դրոշով։ Բաքվի պաշտոնական նոտայից հետո գրառումը հեռացվել էր, Շտայնմայերն էլ Երևանից մեկնել էր Բաքու, որտեղ տրամաբանորեն բոլորովին հակառակ հայտարարություններն է արել, ընդամենը փորձել է Ադրբեջանի մոտ մեղմել իր դիրքորոշումները։
Դեռ նախօրեին նշել էինք, որ Գերմանիան կուլ է տալու Ադրբեջանի հասցրած վիրավորանքը և որևէ կերպ չի արձագանքելու։ Փոխարենն այդ հանգամանքը լկտիանալու ևս մեկ առիթ է տվել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին, որը հերթական անգամ ծաղրել է Հայաստանին և Հայաստանի իշխանությունը զավթած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ «Պատերազմում տարած մեր պատմական հաղթանակը ճանապարհ հարթեց դեպի խաղաղության բանակցություններ։ Կարծում եմ, որ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումները խաղաղության հաստատման հարցում բավական մերձեցել են», - նշել է Ալիևը։
Միևնույն ժամանակ հայտարարել է, որ եթե Հայաստանն ընդունի Ադրբեջանի 2 պայմանները, խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրման խոչընդոտները կվերանան։ «Մեր առաջին պայմանը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի լուծարման անհրաժեշտությունն է։ Երկրորդը կապված է Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության հետ։ Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության տեքստում հղում կա այդ երկրի Անկախության հռչակագրին, որը Սահմանադրության անքակտելի մասն է։ Այնտեղ մի դրույթ կա, որ բացահայտ տարածքային նկրտում է Ադրբեջանի հանդեպ։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով, այդ դրույթի հեռացումը Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության տեքստից մեր օրինական պահանջն է»,- հայտարարել է Ալիևը և հավելել, թե Հայաստանից մինչ օրս լուրջ պատասխան չեն ստացել։
Փաշինյանը, հրաշալի հասկանալով, որ Սահմանադրության փոփոխումը բարդ է լինելու, ՍԴ որոշումներով փորձում էր տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե կատարել է Ադրբեջանի պահանջները։ Բաքուն, սակայն, անլուրջ է դիտարկում Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հայտարարությունները։ Ամեն դեպքում, հարկավոր է արձանագրել, որ հակառակորդը որևէ կերպ չի հանգստանում և շարունակում է նոր սպառնալիքներ տեղալ, պատրաստվել նոր ռազմական էսկալացիայի` ի տարբերություն Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների, որոնք բարձիթողի վիճակում են թողել Հայաստանի պաշտպանունակությունը։
