news.ru-ն «Կարո՞ղ են գլուխ հանել առանց Ռուսաստանի» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, թե կարելի է կարեկցել Հայաստանին այն բանից հետո, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հրաժարվել է ֆինանսավորել Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությունը, ասել է Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ հարցերով հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահ Ալեքսանդր Բորոդայը news.ru-ի հետ զրույցում: Նրա խոսքով, Ռուսաստանը ոչ մեկին չի պարտադրում իր բարեկամությունը և ի վիճակի է ինքնուրույն դիմակայել իրեն հանդիպող բոլոր դժվարություններին ու բարդություններին։

«Կարելի է միայն կարեկցել հայ ժողովրդին: Մեզ մնում է միայն ուսերը թոթվել, ինչը, ըստ էության, վաղուց ենք արել քաղաքական տեսակետից, և ասել. «Ազատություն ազատներին, փրկվածներին՝ դրախտ»։ Մենք ոչ մեկին չենք պարտադրում մեզ, մեր բարեկամությունը, մեր աջակցությունը կամ մեզ հետ որևէ հարաբերություն: Մենք ինչ-որ կերպ կդիմանանք այն բոլոր դժվարություններին, բարդություններին, փորձություններին ու մարտահրավերներին, որոնք մեզ բաժին են ընկնում»,– ասել է Բորոդայը։

Պատգամավորը, սակայն, կասկած է հայտնել, թե առանց Մոսկվայի աջակցության Երևանը կկարողանա հաղթահարել մարտահրավերները։ Նրա կարծիքով, աշխարհի գլոբալ վերաբաժանման համատեքստում այդ փոքր երկրի ճակատագիրը մնում է հարցականի տակ։ «Հայաստանը կարո՞ղ է գլուխ հանել առանց Ռուսաստանի: Անձամբ ես այս հարցում էական կասկածներ ունեմ, բայց ինչ-որ բան կանխատեսելն անիմաստ է։ Աշխարհը գտնվում է մեծ վերաբաշխման վիճակում։ Թե ինչ կլինի փոքրիկ Հայաստանի հետ այն փոթորկի մեջ, որն այժմ մոլեգնում է Եվրասիական մայրցամաքում, ոչ ոք չգիտի»,–ամփոփել է Բորոդայը։

Ավելի վաղ Պետդումայի պատգամավոր Ալեքսեյ Չեպան հայտարարել էր, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի ֆինանսավորումից Երևանի հրաժարումը չի նպաստում տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության ամրապնդմանը։ Ըստ խորհրդարանականի, Հայաստանի ղեկավարության նման որոշումը հեռացնում է երկիրը Ռուսաստանից և թուլացնում երկկողմ հարաբերությունները։
