Մովսես Հակոբյանին նոր մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

Ռուսաստանից 4.3 մլրդ դրամի անպիտան ռազմամթերքի մատակարարման քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել գեներալ Մովսես Հակոբյանին։
Դատախազությունից «Ազատությանը» հայտնեցին, որ նախկին բարձրաստիճան զինվորականը մեղադրվում է պաշտոնեական անփութության համար, որն առաջացրել է խոշոր չափերի գույքային վնաս կամ այլ ծանր հետևանք։
Դատախազությունից նշում են, որ սա կապ չունի անպիտան հրթռիների գործի հետ։ Մեղադրանքը վերաբերում է Հակոբյանի՝ 2015-2016 թվականների պաշտոնավարման ընթացքին, երբ նա զբաղեցնում էր պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ-նյութականատեխնիկական ապահովման դեպարտամենտի պետի պաշտոնը։
Մովսես Հակոբյանի պաշտպան Մուշեղ Ալեքսանյանն «Ազատությանն» այսօր հայտնեց, որ նախկին բարձրաստիճան զինվորականը չի ընդունում մեղադրանքն ու պատրաստվում է դատարանում ապացուցել իր անմեղությունը։
«Պարոն Հակոբյանը մեղադրանքը չի ընդունում այն պարզ պատճառով, որ իրեն մեղսագրվող արաքն իր հետ ընդհանարապես կապ չունի։ Իրեն մեղսագրվում է այնպիսի գործողություն, այնպիսի մեղադրանք, գործողությունների կատարում, որի իրավասությունն ինքը չի էլ ունեցել», - ասաց Ալեքսանյանը։
Հակոբյանը մեկ այլ քրեական գործով մեղադրվում է պետական գաղտնիք հրապարակելու համար։
