Գերմանիայի նախագահ Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերը պաշտոնական այցով ապրիլի 1-ին ժամանել է Բաքու։ Այցը տեղի է ունենում Բեռլինի և Բաքվի միջև դիվանագիտական սկանդալի ֆոնին։ Երևանում ունեցած հանդիպումների ընթացքում Գերմանիայի նախագահը Instagram-ի իր պաշտոնական էջում հրապարակել էր Արցախի դրոշի լուսանկարը՝ գրելով. - «Հակամարտությունը վերաբերում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքին: Տարածաշրջանը իրավաբանորեն պատկանում է Ադրբեջանին։ Այնտեղ հիմնականում հայեր են ապրում։ Վերջին մի քանի տասնամյակների ընթացքում բազմիցս բախումներ են եղել»։

Բաքուն կոշտ էր արձագանքել Շտայնմայերի գրառմանը, Գերմանիայի դեսպանը կանչվել էր երկրի արտգործնախարարություն, որտեղ նրան բողոքի նոտա էին փոխանցել։ Գերմանիայի նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար, պետքարտուղար Դյորտե Դինգերը նամակ էր հղել Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևին, ներողություն էր խնդրել հրապարակման համար՝ նշելով, որ այն տեխնիկական սխալի արդյունք է։ Գրառումն անմիջապես հեռացրել էին Շտայնմայերի էջից։

Այսօր նախատեսված է Շտայնմայերի հանդիպումն Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ։ Վստահաբար, Ադրբեջանի նախագահը ցույց է տալու, որ նեղացած է։ Այս առումով բարդ է լինելու Գերմանիայի նախագահի համար խոսել Բաքվում պահվող հայ ռազմագերիների ազատման մասին։ Գարեգին Բ կաթողիկոսն էր երեկ Շտայնմայերին խնդրել՝ հարցը բարձրացնել Բաքվում։

Մեծ հաշվով, Շտայնմայերի գրառումն էլ, դրա հեռացումն էլ մի արտառոց դրվագ չեն, բայց Ադրբեջանը վերջին շրջանում նպատակ ունի ցույց տալ, որ տարածաշրջանային տերություն է, փորձում է ոտք գցել ընդհուպ եվրոպական առաջատար պետությունների համար՝ դիմացը մռթին չստանալով։ Եվ Ալիևի համար Գերմանիայի նախագահի քայլը իսկական նվեր է դառնալու։ Արդյո՞ք գերմանական կողմը դրանից հետո եզրահանգումներ կանի, թե՞ կուլ կտա վիրավորանքը, դեռ վաղ է ասել։
