Любые соглашения с Украиной по редкоземам должны быть совместимы с европейским законодательством, заявила прибывшая с визитом в Киев глава МИД Германии Анналена Бербок, передает Sky News.
По ее словам, Европа уже договорилась с Украиной о том, что любое новое соглашение должно быть совместимо с законодательством Европейского союза.
«В конце концов, это наш европейский континент», - сказала она.
США недавно передали на рассмотрение Украины новый вариант соглашения о полезных ископаемых.
Как передает РБК-Украина, это уже полноценная сделка, а не рамочное соглашение, которое планировалось заключить ранее.
Президент Украины Владимир Зеленский отмечал, что документ еще должны изучить юристы. В нем содержаться некоторые детали, которые ранее уже отвергали обе стороны.
Также Зеленский подчеркнул, что Украина не будет подписывать соглашение, если оно будет предусматривать какой-либо долг Украины перед США.
По словам президента Украины, сделка не будет подписана и в том случае, если она будет угрожать членству Украины в ЕС.
