Գարդման-Շիրվան-Նախիջևան համահայկական միությունը․

Ցավոք սրտի մարդկության պատմությունը լի է ցեղասպան պետություններով և առաջնորդներով, սակայն հազվադեպ են այն պետությունները, որոնք ոչ միայն իրագործում են սիստեմատիկ ցեղասպանություններ, այլև զբաղվում են սեփական ժողովրդի պատմության «ցեղասպանաշինությամբ», այսինքն պատմական անցյալի միֆական «ցեղասպանություններով» ձևավորում են ցեղասպանվածի սինդրոմ և դրա վրա կառուցում վրեժի ու հակադարձման քաղաքական անհրաժեշտության գիտակցություն։ Նման գործընթացների փայլուն օրինակ է Ադրբեջանի վերջին տասնամյակների ալիևյան վարչակարգի՝ էթնիկ ատելության պատմականացման և ընդհանուր թշնամու կերպարի շուրջ օրակարգային համախմբման քաղաքականությունը։ 

Այս երևույթն իրավամբ կարելի է համարել հոգեբանական ահաբեկչություն սեփական բնակչության պատմական հիշողության նկատմամբ, երբ արհեստականորեն ձևավորվում են պատմական կոլետիվ տրավմատիկ բարդույթներ՝ դրանց հաղթահարման ընթացիկ քաղաքական անհրաժեշտությամբ։ Սակայն խնդրի բարդությունը կայանում է նրանում, որ նման գործընթացները տեղի են ունենում հարևան ժողովուրդների՝ մասնավորապես հայերի պատմության խեղման համադրությամբ։ Վերջին հարյուրամյակի ընթացքում առնվազն մի քանի անգամ պատմական Գարդմանի, Շիրվանի, Նախիջևանի, ինչպես նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքում ադրբեջանական բոլոր վարչակարգերն իրականացրել են շղթայական ցեղասպանություններ, որոնք հստակորեն բնորոշելի են որպես նպատակադիր և պլանավորված հակահայկական գործողություններ, սակայն նման քայլերի համար երբևէ արժանի պատասխանատվություն չկրած պետությունը փորձում է հակառակ կերպարի ստեղծմամբ թոթափել ցեղասպանողի պիտակավորումը, մինչդեռ պատմական փաստերը խոսում են բոլորովին այլնի մասին։
 

Այսօրը Ադրբեջանում հանիրավի կերպով նշվում է որպես «ադրբեջանցիների ցեղասպանության օր»։ Ադրբեջանական վարչակարգը, խոսելով 1918թ․ մարտին Բաքվում իշխանության համար պայքարի մասին, դրան տալիս է էթնիկ բախման բովանդակություն` խեղաթյուրելով փաստերը և ժամանակակիցների վկայությունները։ Սակայն որքանո՞վ է արդարացի մոռացության տալ Հաջի Զեյնալ Աբդին Թաղիևի հետևյալ վկայությունը․ «Բաքվի իրադարձությունները հայ-թաթարական բախումների բնույթ չեն կրել, կռիվների ամբողջ ընթացքում թուրքերը ձեռք չէին տալիս թրքական թաղամասերում և տներում ապրող հայերին: Իսկ հայկական զորամասերը փրկեցին և ապաստան տվին ավելի քան 14.000 մահմեդականների, որոնց հետ վերադարձրին պարսից հյուպատոսի միջոցով»: 14․000 մահմեդականների փրկության փաստը այսօր Ադրբեջանում նենգափոխվել է ցեղասպանության։ Ահա այն ամենը, ինչ պետք է իմանալ Ադրբեջանի մասին։
 

«Գարդման-Շիրվան-Նախիջևան» համահայկական միությունը կոչ է անում Ադրբեջանին վերջ տալ պատմաշինարարության քստմնելի քաղաքականությանը և դրանով չարժեզրկել ցեղասպանության երևույթի օբյեկտիվության և պատժելիության կարևորությունը։ Մենք, որպես ադրբեջանական ցեղասպանական քաղաքականության վերապրողներ, կոչ ենք անում միջազգային հանրությանը աչալուրջ գտնվել Ադրբեջանի նախաձեռնած պատմական ձեռնածությունների նկատմամբ։
