США ввели новые санкции против Ирана

США во вторник ввели новые санкции, связанные с Ираном, против шести юридических и двух физических лиц. Об этом сообщается на сайте Минфина США.
Согласно сообщению ведомства, попавшие под санкции физические и юридические лица «отвечали за закупку компонентов для беспилотных летательных аппаратов (БПЛА) от имени иранской компании Qods Aviation Industries (QAI) - ведущего производителя для иранской программы БПЛА».
«Сегодняшние меры - это второй раунд санкций, направленных на иранских распространителей оружия с тех пор, как президент Дональд Трамп восстановил политику «максимального давления» в отношении Исламской Республики», - отмечается в сообщении Минфина США.
«Распространение Ираном беспилотных летательных аппаратов и ракет - как для своих союзников-террористов в регионе, так и для России с целью использования против Украины - продолжает угрожать гражданскому населению, персоналу США, нашим союзникам и партнерам», - заявил министр финансов США Скотт Бессент.
«Казначейство продолжит пресекать деятельность военно-промышленного комплекса Ирана и его распространение БПЛА, ракет и обычных вооружений, которые часто оказываются в руках дестабилизирующих сил, включая террористические организации», - добавил он.
