Երբ անձրևը գալիս է, այն պետք է գետ լցվի, մեր համակարգի մի մասը հնացած է, չի աշխատում, մյուս մասն էլ այդքան հզորություն չունի: Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ջրային ոլորտի փորձագետ Արևիկ Հովսեփյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, պատշաճ սպասարկման, հեղեղատարները խցանումներից մաքրելու, խողովակաշարերը պատշաճ վիճակում պահելու դեպքում Երևանի այն հատվածներում, որտեղ հեղեղատար համակարգ կա, հեղեղումներ չեն լինի: «Անձրևներից հետո Երևանում հեղեղումների երկու պատճառ կա` ջրահեռացման համակարգի ոչ բարեխիղճ սպասարկում և համակարգի թերի վիճակ կամ բացակայություն։ Երևանում չկա թաղամաս, որտեղ հեղեղատարներ ընդհանրապես չկան։ Բայց կան առանձին փողոցներ կամ առանձին հատվածներ, որտեղ դրանք բացակայում են», -նշեց Հովսեփյանը:
Նրա պնդմամբ, խնդիր են նաև մեծացող քաղաքի կառուցապատվող հատվածները։ Ըստ Հովսեփյանի ունեցած տեղեկությունների, նորակառույց շենքերի նախագծերի հաստատման ժամանակ բավական մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձվում ջրահավաք համակարգերին։ Բայց թե փաստացի որքանով են իրականացվում նախագծով առաջարկվող լուծումները, մեր զրուցակիցը տեղյակ չէ։ Նրա խոսքով` քիչ չեն դեպքերը, երբ ինչ–որ առանձնատան, շենքի կամ թաղամասի կոյուղաջրերը խողովակով կառուցում, լցնում են անձրևատար համակարգի մեջ, վերահսկողներն էլ այդ ամենի վրա աչք են փակում։
Երևանի հեղեղումներից խուսափելու խնդրի հիմնական լուծումը, ջրային ոլորտի փորձագետի համոզմամբ, պատասխանատու կառույցների ու անձանց բարեխիղճ ու պատասխանատու վերաբերմունքի հետևանքն է: Պնդում է, որ դրա հետևանքով՝ առողջապահական խնդիրներ են առաջանում, քանի որ ջրահեռացման համակարգը միացված է կոյուղուն:
Այս ամենին զուգահեռ, գրեթե ամեն գործակարգավարական նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվում է խնդիրը կարգավորելու հարցը, քաղաքային իշխանությունը դեռ անցյալ տարի էր արդարանում, թե երկու տարի է, ինչ այդ համակարգում ներդրումներ են կատարել. «Ես համաձայն եմ, ջրահեռացման համակարգը բավականին հին և մաշված է և էական ներդրումների կարիք կա և այս համակարգը մեր տիրապետության տակ չէ , մենք երկու տարում ենք սկսել այս համակարգում ներդրումներ անել», -դեռևս անցյալ տարի էր ասել Ավինյանը:
Հովսեփյանի պնդմամբ, պատկան մարմինների ճիշտ աշխատելու դեպքում, մենք չենք ունենա այն իրավիճակը, որն ունենք այսօր։ «Ոչ մի բարդ բան չկա, պետք է ուղղակի ֆինանսական միջոցները ճիշտ ծախսել»,- նշեց նա։
