Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ, ունեմ հստակ համոզմունք, որ քաղաքական գործընթացներում առանցքային դեր ունի քաղաքական պատասխանատվություն կրելու մշակույթը, իսկ դրա համար էլ համապատասխան կամք ու վճռականություն է պետք, որը ես միշտ տիրապետել եմ:

Անցած կիրակի Գյումրի քաղաքում իմ մասնակցությամբ այսպես ասած միջադեպերը համարում եմ ոչ վայել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային Ժողովի պատգամավորի վարքին: ԱԺ պատգամավորն իր առաքելությունում պարտավոր է չդրսևորել անհարկի վարքագիծ:

Միաժամանակ հայտնում եմ, որ այս պահից սկսած ինքնաառաջադրվում եմ, որպես «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության առաջիկա վարչության ընտրություններում՝ վարչության անդամի թեկնածու, քանզի ինձ համար միանշանակ է, որ մեր կուսակցությունը ունի լրջագույն առողջացման և կերպարանափոխման կարիք:
