Մարտի 31-ին ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանի նախագահությամբ տեղի է ունեցել «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում կենսաչափական անձնագրերի և նույնականացման քարտերի տրամադրման ենթակառուցվածքի պետություն-մասնավոր գործընկերության ծրագրի» շրջանակում ընտրության փուլի եզրափակիչ նիստը։

Ամփոփվել են որակավորված և առաջարկի հարցման փուլ անցած երկու հայտատուների ներկայացրած առաջարկների ամբողջական գնահատման արդյունքները՝ տեխնիկական և ֆինանսական մասերի համադրմամբ։

Ըստ ստացված արդյունքների՝ IDEMIA Identity Security France and A.C.I. Technology S.à.r.l. կոնսորցիումն ընդհանուր հաշվարկով հավաքել է 94,97 միավոր, իսկ AUGENTIC GmbH and Imprensa Nacional - Casa da Moeda, S.A․ կոնսորցիումը՝ 79,24 միավոր։

Միջգերատեսչական գնահատող հանձնաժողովի անդամները կողմ են քվեարկել IDEMIA Identity Security France and A.C.I. Technology S.à.r.l. կոնսորցիումին հաղթող ճանաչելու վերաբերյալ որոշմանը։

Ըստ նախատեսված ժամանակացույցի՝ 2026 թ. երկրորդ կիսամյակում Հայաստանում կմեկնարկի կենսաչափական անձնագրերի և նույնականացման քարտերի արտադրությունը։

Կենսաչափական փաստաթղթերի թողարկման նոր ենթակառուցվածքը, այդ թվում՝ շենքային պայմանների ստանդարտացումը, գրասենյակների հիմնումը, սերվերային տնտեսությունը, տպագրական սարքավորումները, ծրագրային լուծումներն ու տեխնիկական վերազինումը հաղթող հայտատուի կողմից կիրականացվի առաջիկա մեկ տարվա ընթացքում։

Հաջորդիվ հաղթող ընկերությանը կառաջարկվի պայմանագիրը ստորագրելու կարգը և պայմանները։
