«Քաղպայմանագրին» ջախջախեցին Փարաքարում և Գյումրիում

Գյումրիում և Փարաքարում երեկ կայացած ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում ՀՀ քաղաքացիները ջախջախիչ պարտության մատնեցին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու իր խմբակին։ Վարչական, քրեական, ֆինանսական ու ոստիկանական բոլոր ռեսուրսները ժողովրդի դեմ նետած վարչախումբը չկարողացավ հաղթանակ տանել։ Պատճառն այն էր, որ փարաքարցիներն ու գյումրեցիներն աննախադեպ բարձր ակտիվություն ցուցաբերեցին՝ մասնակցելով ընտրություններին։ 2021 թ. Գյումրիում մասնակցության ցուցանիշը գրեթե 24 տոկոս էր, այս անգամ՝ 44 տոկոս։
Փարաքարում «Միասնություն» դաշինքը գրեթե 57 տոկոս քվե է ստացել՝ համոզիչ պարտության մատնելով «Քաղպայմանագրին» ու մյուս ուժերին։ Ավագանու կազմում ՔՊ-ն փոքրամասնություն է լինելու։ Գյումրիում իրավիճակն ավելի բարդ էր և է։ Ողջ ռեսուրսները Գյումրի նետած իշխանությունն այնտեղ կենտրոնացրել էր նաև պաշտոնյաների մի մեծ բազմություն, որի օգտակար գործողության գործակիցը, մեղմ ասած, զրո էր։ Նույնիսկ հակառակը, քպականների կեսգիշերին հարբած «դեբոշները», լրագրողների դեմ հարձակումները, պարտությունից ողջամտության վերջին նշույլների կորուստը վկայում էին՝ «Քաղպայմանագրում» գիտակցում են, թե իրենց ինչ է սպասվում։
Սարիկ Մինասյանի գլխավորած թիմը միայն 37 տոկոս է ստացել, իսկ չորս ընդդիմադիր ուժերը միասին՝ գրեթե 50 տոկոս։ Նախնական տվյալներով, ՔՊ-ն Գյումրիի ավագանիում կստանա 14 մանդատ, Վարդան Ղուկասյանի գլխավորած կոմկուսը՝ 8, Մարտուն Գրիգորյանի թիմը՝ 6, Ռուբեն Մխիթարյանը՝ 3, իսկ Կարեն Սիմոնյանը՝ 2 մանդատ։
«Մայր Հայաստանն» արդեն հայտարարել է, թե միանում է Վարդան Ղուկասյանին, պրոդյուսեր Ռուբեն Մխիթարյանն էլ նշել է, թե պատրաստ է առանց որևէ նախապայմանի, առանց որևէ պաշտոնի հավակնելու քվեարկել գյումրեցիների կողմից առավելագույն ձայներ ստացած քաղաքապետի ընդդիմադիր թեկնածու Վարդան Ղուկասյանի օգտին, քանի որ առաջադրվելուց խոստացել էր` չհաղթելու դեպքում սատարելու է գյումրեցիների առավել շատ քվեները ստացած քաղաքապետի ընդդիմադիր թեկնածուին: Մարտուն Գրիգորյանն առայժմ չի հայտնել, բայց նա էլ, ըստ ամենայնի, կմիանա։
ՔՊ-ն տեսականորեն հնարավորություն ունի բռնաճնշումների կամ այլ եղանակով «անասնագողություն» իրականացնել, լուծել երեք մանդատի հարցն ու զավթել քաղաքապետի աթոռը, բայց դա, ըստ էության, «Քաղպայմանագրին» չի փրկելու. Հայաստանի երկրորդ քաղաքը ցույց տվեց, որ մերժել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։
