Շիրակի մարզի Գյումրի համայնքի ընտրությունները կազմակերպող և անցկացնող թիվ 31 և Արմավիրի մարզի Փարաքար համայնքի ընտրությունները կազմակերպող և անցկացնող թիվ 14 ընտրատարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովների հայտարարությունը քվեարկության օրվա նախընտրական քարոզչության արգելքի մասին.
«2025 թվականի մարտի 30-ի արտահերթ ընտրություններին մասնակցող հարգելի՛ կուսակցություններ, կուսակցությունների դաշինքներ, թեկնածուներ, զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցների ներկայացուցիչներ, ընտրական գործընթացի հարգելի մասնակիցներ․
Ընտրական օրենսգրքի 19-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի համաձայն՝ քվեարկության և դրան նախորդող օրը քարոզչությունը հրապարակային ելույթների, հրապարակային միջոցառումների միջոցով, զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներով, այդ թվում՝ կաբելային (մալուխային) ցանցով, արբանյակային կապով և վերգետնյա եթերային հեռարձակմամբ տեսալսողական մեդիածառայություն մատուցողների կողմից, ինչպես նաև համացանցում գովազդի միջոցով արգելվում է։
Կոչ ենք անում զերծ մնալ հրապարակային ելույթների, հրապարակային միջոցառումների միջոցով, զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներով, համացանցում գովազդի միջոցով քարոզչություն կատարելուց։
Հիշեցնում ենք, որ Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ օրենսգրքի 40.1-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն՝ քվեարկության և դրան նախորդող օրը հրապարակային ելույթների, հրապարակային միջոցառումների միջոցով քարոզչություն կատարելն առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում` նվազագույն աշխատավարձի 400-ապատիկից մինչև 600-ապատիկի չափով:
Քվեարկության և դրան նախորդող օրը տպագիր մամուլի, կաբելային (մալուխային) ցանցով, վերգետնյա եթերային հեռարձակում իրականացնող ռադիոընկերությունների և հեռուստաընկերությունների (այդ թվում` արբանյակային հեռարձակման ժամանակ) կամ համացանցի միջոցով քարոզչություն կատարելն առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում` լրատվական գործունեություն իրականացնող անձի կամ ղեկավարի նկատմամբ` նվազագույն աշխատավարձի 500-ապատիկից մինչև 700-ապատիկի չափով:
