«Նախկին ՔՊ-ական չի լինում». վատ բեմադրություն՝ Աղազարյանի և ՔՊ-ի մասնակցությամբ

Ազգային ժողովում կայացած խայտառակ քվեարկություններից հետո իրավապահները մեղադրանք են առաջադրել Ազգային ժողովի 2 պատգամավորների` «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրից» վտարված Հովիկ Աղազարյանին և «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, Երևանի նախկին քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին։ Ու թեև նախքան քրեական հետապնդումը կասկածներ կային, որ պատգամավորներից մեկին կամ երկուսին էլ կալանավորելու են, հսկող դատախազի կողմից հանրային քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու որոշում կայացնելիս խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել երկրից բացակայելու արգելքը։
Ըստ էության, նման խափանման միջոցն առանձնապես շատ բան չի փոխում պատգամավորների կարգավիճակում, թեպետ ցանկացած պահի իշխանությունները կարող են նրանց բռնաճնշումների ենթարկել և կալանավորել, եթե փորձեն դուրս գալ վերահսկողությունից կամ ավելի ինտենսիվ ընդդիմադիր գործունեությամբ զբաղվեն։
Այդուհանդերձ, խորհրդարանում կայացած քվեարկությունը վկայում է, որ առնվազն Հովիկ Աղազարյանի` ՔՊ-ից հեռացումն ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ատամ գցելը վատ կազմակերպված բեմադրություն է։ Հիշեցնենք, քվեարկություններին մասնակցել էին 67 պատգամավորներ։ «Հայաստան» և «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունները հրաժարվել էին մասնակցել, մասնակցել էին միայն 65 պատգամավորներ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրից» և ՔՊ-ից հեռացված Հովիկ Աղազարյանն ու Հակոբ Ասլանյանը։
Թեև քվեարկությունը փակ է եղել, Հովիկ Աղազարյանը ստացել է 65 կողմ, 2 դեմ քրեական հետապնդման համար, այսինքն` ինքն ու Ասլանյանը, ըստ տրամաբանության, դեմ են քվեարկել իրեն քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու որոշմանը։ Տարոն Մարգարյանի դեպքում 67 պատգամավորներ կողմ են քվեարկել պատգամավորին քրեական հետապնդման ենթարկելու, ինչը նշանակում է, որ և Ասլանյանը, և Աղազարյանը կողմ են եղել իրենց ընդդիմադիր գործընկերոջը քրեական հետապնդման ենթարկելու հարցին։ Ու թեպետ քվեարկությունից հետո երկուսն էլ փորձում էին հերքել կամ առնվազն խուսափել լրագրողների հարցերից, ակնհայտ է, որ նախկին ՔՊ-ականները առաջնորդվել են «Նախկին ՔՊ-ական չի լինում» սկզբունքով և հերթական անգամ իրենց հավատարմությունն են հայտնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ Ըստ երևույթին, հենց դրանով է պայմանավորված դատախազության մեղմ վերաբերմունքը։
