Գյումրիում ՔՊ-ն «լռության օրը» հակաքարոզչություն է անում

Գյումրիում այսօր «լռության օր» է հայտարարված, արգելված են քարոզչությունն ու հակաքարոզչությունը, իսկ վաը կայանալու են ավագանու ընտրությունները։ Ինչպես և սպասելի էր, գործող իշխանություններն իրենց հաղթանակն ապահովելու համար թքած ունեն օրենքի պահանջների վրա, և հակաքարոզչություն են սկսել հիմնական ընդդիմադիր թեկնածուների դեմ։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, ողջ գիշեր Գյումրու փողոցներում կպչուն թռուցիկներ են փակցրել՝ վարկաբեկիչ տեղեկություններ տարածելով ընդդիմության դեմ։
Գյումրին առանցքային նշանակություն ունի «Քաղպայմանագրի» համար, երկրորդ քաղաքում կրած պարտությունը դնելու է Փաշինյանի իշխանազրկման սկիզբը, և այս փաստը հասկանում են թե՛ ընդդիմադիրներն ու քաղաքական վերլուծաբանները, թե՛ «Քաղպայմանագիրը»։ «Հոկտեմբեր» կինոթատրոնն այս օրերին վերածվել է ՔՊ բունկերի, իսկ բոլոր ՔՊ-ական պաշտոնյաներին քշել են Գյումրի՝ ապահովելու իշխանական թեկնածուի համար ձայներ բերելու գործընթացը։
Նախորդ՝ 2021 թ. ընտրություններին Գյումրիում ռեկորդային ցածր մասնակցություն է արձանագրվել՝ 25 տոկոսից էլ պակաս։ «Քաղպայմանագիրն» այժմ խնդիր ունի, որ ընդդիմության կողմնակիցները չգնան տեղամասեր, վախի ու ահաբեկման արդյունքում, փոխարենը՝ ՔՊ-ն մեկ առ մեկ գիտի իր ընտրողներին, հրահանգվել է բոլորին մեքենաներով հասցնել տեղամասեր։ Ընդդիմությունը տևական ժամանակ է՝ խոսում է ընտրացուցակների անճշտությունների, դրանցում ընդհուպ հնդիկներին ներգրավելու մասին։
Գյումրիում իշխանության ստոր մտադրությունները խափանելու մեկ եղանակ կա՝ միահամուռ գնալ ընտրության, քվեարկել դեմ «Քաղպայմանագրին» ու նրա՝ Արցախն ուրացած թեկնածուին, զրկել իշխանությանն ընտրությունները կեղծելու հնարավորությունից։
