«Հայաստանը ես եմ» նախաձեռնության ղեկավար Նաիրի Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Մարտի 30-ին՝ Գյումրիում տեղական ինքնակառավարման ընտրություններ են: Այս ընտրություններն անց են կացվում աննախադեպ լարվածության պայմաններում, քանի որ կա ընկալում, որ դրանք կարևորագույն ցուցիչ են 2026-ին ՀՀ-ի ԱԺ ընտրությունների արդյունքների ուրվագծման առումով:

 Գյումրին, լինելով ՀՀ-ի երկրորդ քաղաքը, ունենալով յուրահատուկ կոլորիտ ու զգացմունքայնություն, ՀՀ-ի քաղաքական պատմության մեջ միշտ աչքի է ընկել ընդդիմադիր վարքով:
 
Նաև հենց այս առումով գործող իշխանությունները լավ հասկանում են, որ եթե Գյումրիում պարտվեցին, ապա դա իրենց համար վատ նախադեպ է լինելու հետագա համապետականի ընտրությունների ժամանակ, քանի որ լավ հասկանում են, թե պատմական ինչ աննախադեպ ցածր քաղաքական հեղինակություն և լեգիտիմություն ունեն:
 
Դա է պատճառը, որ Գյումրիի ընտրություններում հաղթանակի համար գործարկելու են բոլոր հնարավոր՝ այդ թվում անօրինական միջոցները, վարչական ռեսուրսը: Իզուր չէ, որ Երևանից ՔՊ-ի կուսակցական ողջ շրջանակը որպես «քաղաքական դեսանտ» է իջել Գյումրի՝ իրենց թեկնածուին աջակցելու հարցում:
 
Նշենք, որ Գյումրիի համայնքում ընտրական իրավունք ունեն 111 236 քաղաքացիներ։ Նախորդ՝ 2021-ի ընտրություններում Գյումրու ընրություններին մասնակցել է 26 468 քաղաքացի կամ ընտրողների 24.2 տոկոսը։
 
Ենթադրենք, որ 2025 թվականին ընտրություններին մասնակցություն են ունենում ավելի մեծ թվով քաղաքացիներ՝ ընտրողների 30 տոկոսը կամ 33 370 քաղաքացի։ Հաշվի առնելով իշխանության աննախադեպ ցածր վարկանիշը և վարչական ռեսուրսի «գերբնական ուժը», ենթադրվում է, որ իշխող ուժը կստանա առավելագունը 30 տոկոս քվե կամ 10 011 ձայն։
 
Քաղաքագիտական ակսիոմ է, որ ընտրական ցածր մասնակցության պարագայում, մասնակիցները հիմնականում լինում են իշխող ուժի կողմնակիցներ. միաժամանակ նաև ընտրության մասնակիցների թվաքանակի աճին զուգահեռ սովորաբար չեն ավելանում իշխող ուժի ստացած քվեները։
 
Այսինքն, նկարագրված վերլուծությունով, իշխող ուժն ունի 10 011 ձայն, որը սովորական մասնակցության պարագայում կազմում է 30 տոկոս։ Եթե ընտրություններին մասնակցեն ընտրողների 50 տոկոսը կամ 55 618 քաղաքացի, ապա իշխող ուժի օգտին կքվեարկի ընտրողների ոչ թե 30, այլ 18 տոկոսը, ինչը լուրջ ապտակ կլինի ՔՊ-ին, դիլետանտությանը, լկտիությանը, անլրջությանը, աներեսությանը և այլն։

Հետաձգել բելոր կարևոր գործերը և մասնակցել ու քվեարկել սեփական խղճով և համոզմունքով։
Գյումրու ընտրությունները միայն ՏԻՄ ընտրություններ չեն.
 
Դրանք ՀՀ-ի փրկության և արժանապատիվ հայի կոտրված մեջքը ուղղելու ընտրություններ են։
